بررسي مقايسه‌اي ژئوپليتيك منطقه شرق ايران در دوره قاجار و پهلوي و تأثير آن بر فراز و فرود خاندان علم

Comparative Geopolitical Study of the Eastern Region of Iran during the Qajar and Pahlavi Period and its Impact on Family of Alam

ژئوپليتيك ازجمله مفاهيمي است كه كاربرد آن سابقه‌ي بيش‌تري از بعد علمي و نظري آن دارد، ژئوپليتيك زماني معنا مي‌شود كه يك موقعيت جغرافيايي و مكاني، معنا و رنگ سياسي به خود بگيرد و از اين حيث داراي معنا و اعتبار گردد. حال ممكن است اين اهميت و معناي سياسي ماندگار نباشد و از يك دوره‌ي زماني به دوره‌ي زماني ديگر تغيير يابد كه اين مسئله مي‌تواند تأثير زيادي در ژئوپليتيك يك منطقه داشته باشد. منطقه‌ي شرق ايران از گذشته‌هاي دور به جهت حوادث و وقايع مهم و متعدد جايگاه خاصي در تاريخ اين سرزمين داشته است. اين منطقه به سبب عوامل مختلفي از جمله نزديكي به آب‌هاي گرم خليج‌فارس، نزديكي به شبه‌قاره‌ي هند، موقعيت مناسب اقتصادي و ...، حداقل در دو سده‌ي اخير مورد توجه قدرت‌هاي بزرگ از جمله انگليس و روسيه بوده است. و در دوره‌هايي تبديل به صحنه‌ي بازي قدرت اين ابرقدرت‌ها شده است. البته ناگفته پيداست كه اهميت ژئوپليتيكي شرق ايران در دوره‌هاي مختلف يكسان و مشابه نبوده، بلكه بنا به دلايلي فراز و فرود داشته است. هدف نوشتار حاضر مقايسه‌ي اهميت ژئوپليتيك شرق ايران در دوره‌ي قاجاريه و دولت پهلوي است و تأثيري كه جايگاه ژئوپليتيكي اين منطقه در اين دو دوره‌ي تاريخي مي‌توانست بر قدرت سياسي خاندان محلي مهم اين منطقه يعني خاندان علم داشته باشد.

Geopolitics is one of the concepts whose application has a more recent scientific and theoretical dimension; geopolitics means when it comes to geographical and spatial location, its meaning and its political color, and in this sense it is meaningful and valid. Now, this significance and political meaning may not last forever and change from time to time, which can have a great influence on the geopolitics of a region. The eastern part of Iran has had a special place in the history of the land from the distant past due to numerous events and events. The region has been at the center of many major powers, including Britain and Russia, due to various factors such as proximity to the Gulf of Hebrides, its proximity to the Indian subcontinent, its convenient economic location, and at least in the last two centuries. and in the course of time it has become the scene of the power of these superpowers. Undoubtedly, the geopolitical importance of the East of Iran has not been the same in different periods, but for some reason, has changed. The purpose of this article is to compare the geopolitical importance of East Iran during the Qajar period and the Pahlavi state and the effect that the geopolitical position of this region in these two historical periods could have on the political power of the local clan of this region, the family of Alam.
