Geopolitics of East Iran

شرق ايران با دارا بودن ظرفيت‌هاي ژئوپليتيك فوق‌العاده اقتصادي، امنيتي، دسترسـي، ارتباطـات منطقه‌اي و بين‌المللي واجد كاركردهاي توليدكننده‌ي قدرت در كشور است كه تاكنون مورد غفلت واقع‌ شده و با وجود دارا بودن پتانسيل‌هاي فوق‌الذكر كه ديگر مناطق ايران فاقد چنين پتانسيل‌هايي هـستند، يكـي از عقب‌مانده‌ترين مناطق كشور به لحاظ اقتصادي، اجتماعي و محيطي محسوب مي­گردد. توسعه‌ي آينده كشور با توجه به موقعيت جغرافيايي وابسته به طراحي سياست‌هاي كارآمد و استفاده‌ي بهينه از كاركردهاي اين منطقه از كشور مي‌باشد. ازاين‌رو، كدهاي ژئوپليتيك كشورها ناگزير از همراهي با تحولات اقتصادي در مقياس محلي، منطقه‌اي و جهاني است. موقعيت جغرافيايي يك كشور مي‌تواند بر قدرت ملي و رفتارهاي سياسـي آن كـشور تـأثيرات متفـاوتي داشته باشد، شرق ايران با داشتن ظرفيت ژئوپليتيك فوق‌العاده واجد كاركردهاي توليد قدرت است. ظرفيت­هاي ژئواكونوميك اين منطقه اين امكان را براي ايران فراهم مي­آورد تا بتواند در حوزه ژئوپليتيك شبه‌ قاره‌ي هند و جنوب آسيا، افغانستان و كشورهاي آسياي مركزي و قفقاز در راستاي كدهاي ژئوپليتيك خود به نقش‌آفريني بپردازد. تحقيق حاضر با بررسي اهميت موقعيت ايران در نظريات ژئوپليتيك با روش تحليلي توصيفي به ظرفيت‌هاي ژئواكونوميك منطقه‌ي شرق ايران پرداخته است. نوشتار حاضر بر اين فرض استوار است كه راهبرد اتخاذشده از سوي ايران در منطقه­ ي شرق كشور منطبق با ظرفيت‌هاي ژئوپليتيك و ژئواكونوميك آن منطقه نبوده و در توليد قدرت ملي ايران تأثير لازم را نداشته است.

East of Iran, with its extraordinary economic, security, access, regional and international geopolitical capacities, has been neglected so far, and despite the above mentioned potentials that other regions of Iran lack such potential, one of the most backward regions of the country It is considered economically, socially and environmentally. Future development of the country due to the geographical situation depends on the design of efficient policies and optimal use of the functions of this region of the country. Hence, the geopolitical codes of countries are inevitably associated with economic, local, regional and global economic developments. The geographic location of a country can have different effects on national power and political behavThe geo-economic capacities in the region allow Iran to play a role in the geopolitical context of the subcontinent of India and South Asia, Afghanistan, and the countries of Central and Caucasus in its geopolitical codes. The present study investigates the importance of Iran's position in geopolitical theories through descriptive analytic method to geo-economic capacities in the eastern part of Iran. The present paper assumes that the strategy adopted by Iran in the east of the country is not in line with the geopolitical and geo-economical capacities of that region and has not had any effect on the production of Iranian national power.
