بررسي و ارزيابي نقش بازارچه‌ي مرزي يزدان بر امنيت اقتصادي شهر حاجي‌آباد

An Analysis of the Impact of Yazdan Border Market on the Economic Security of Haji Abad City

شهر‌هاي مرزي داراي ويژگي‌هاي خاصي همچون انزواي جغرافيايي، دور بودن از مركز، دوري از قطب‌هاي صنعتي و اقتصادي، حاكميت فرهنگ سنتي، عدم توسعه در ابعاد مختلف اقتصادي، سياسي و فرهنگي و همچنين عدم امنيت پايدار مي‌باشند. اين مناطق با داشتن اين ويژگي‌ها از نقاط حساس و استراتژيك كشور به شمار مي‌آيند. بنابراين نيازمند توجه و اعمال راهكارهايي متناسب با شرايط‌شان مي‌باشند. يكي از مهم‌ترين و شناخته‌ترين روش‌هاي توسعه‌ي اين مناطق ايجاد بازارچه‌هاي مرزي است كه مي‌تواند تحولي بنيادي در توليد، اشتغال، تثبيت جمعيت شهرنشين، افزايش درآمد، جلوگيري از قاچاق كالا و در نهايت توسعه‌ي امنيت ايجاد نمايند. در اين پژوهش سعي بر آن است تا با توجه به نقش قدرتمند بازار در شهرهاي ايراني و تأثير آن بر توسعه‌ي شهرها، نقش بازارچه‌ي مرزي بر امنيت اقتصادي شهرها، به‌طور خاص در شهر مرزي حاجي‌آباد مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. جهت بررسي تأثيرات مثبت تأسيس بازارچه‌ي مرزي بر امنيت اقتصادي شهر حاجي‌آباد با استفاده از اطلاعات جمع‌آوري‌شده و تصاوير ماهواره‌اي ETM+ مورخ 1989 ،2001 و 2006 و تصوير گوگل ارث 2012-2014 نقشه‌هاي روند توسعه‌ي حاجي‌آباد با استفاده از GIS تهيه‌شده و سپس با استفاده از تحليل‌هاي SPSS اثرات بازارچه بر امنيت اقتصادي و توسعه‌ي شهر حاجي‌آباد تحليل و بررسي شد.

Border towns have certain characteristics such as the geographic isolation, remoteness from industrial and economic poles, governance of traditional culture, lack of economic, political and cultural development, as well as the lack of sustainable security. However, despite having all of these features, these areas are considered as the most sensitive and strategic parts of the country. One of the most well-known methods of developing these areas is the establishment of border markets that can create a fundamental transformation in production and employment; population consolidation, income growth, smuggling prevention, and security development are also among the advantages of creating a border market. The aim of this purpose is to investigate the role being played by Yazdan border market in ensuring the economic security of Haji Abad city. To examine the positive effects of establishing this market, we took satellite imagery in 1989, 2001, 2006, and also used Google Earth map of the development process of Haji Abad border market by utilizing GIS. SPSS analyses were also used to find the effects of the establishment of this market on the economic security and development of Haji Abad city.
