واكاوي عدم استقبال از موتورسيكلت‌ها در مأموريت‌هاي ناجا (موردمطالعه: فرماندهي انتظامي استان خراسان جنوبي)

A Review of Unwillingness to Use Motorcycles in NAJA Missions: a Case Study of South Khorasan’s Police Command

هر ساله ناجا هزينه زيادي براي خريد موتورسيكلت‌ها و همچنين تعمير و نگهداري آن‌ها جهت انجام مأموريت‌ها صرف مينمايد ولي متأسفانه به نسبت هزينه انجام‌شده براي اين موتورسيكلت‌ها از آن‌ها استفاده چنداني به عمل نمي‌آيد و راكبين تمايلي به‌كارگيري و استفاده از موتورسيكلت‌ها در مأموريت‌ها ندارند. در اين مقاله كه به‌صورت علّي مقايسه‌اي است در ابتدا با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و اسنادي اقدام به جمع‌آوري اطلاعات نموده و سپس با استفاده از آزمون فريدمن تعداد 6 متغير مؤثر احتمالي كه در رتبه اول تا ششم قرار گرفتند انتخاب گرديدند. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل كليه راكبين موتورسيكلت‌هاي فرماندهي انتظامي استان خراسان جنوبي مي‌گرديد (به دليل محرمانه بودن اطلاعات جامعه آماري تعداد راكبين بيان‌نشده است). بر طبق فرمول كوكران و با اطمينان 95% و خطاي 0.07 تعداد اعضاي نمونه 132 نفر تعيين شد كه اعضاي نمونه به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب گرديدند. در پايان براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از روش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و جهت تجزيه‌ و تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون t دو گروه مستقل استفاده گرديد. نتايج نشان داد متغيرهاي ايمني موتورسيكلت‌ها، استاندارد موتورسيكلت‌ها، انگيزه راكبين، شرايط اقليمي و جغرافيايي و مهارت راكبين، عامل مهم و تأثيرگذار در استقبال از موتورسيكلت‌ها در مأموريت‌هاي ناجا مي‌باشند و متغير شخصيت راكبين، عامل مهم و تأثيرگذاري در اين موضوع نيست و نقش خاصي ندارد.

NAJA costs a lot to buy motorcycles and also maintain and repair them for carrying out missions annually; but unfortunately, in proportion to the money spending to buy them, motor cycle riders of police command are often reluctant to use them for carrying out missions. For doing this causal comparative research, we first gathered information by using documentary studies, and then we selected six probable variables, ranked from first to sixth, through using Friedman Test. The population of this study consisted of all motorcycle riders of the Police command of South Khorasan (due to the confidentiality of statistical population, the number of the riders was not indicated). According to Cochran Formula (95% accuracy and 0.07 error rate), 132 people were selected by using random sampling method. To collect and analyze the data, a questionnaire and an independent T-test were used respectively. The results showed that Motorcycle safety, motorcycle standard, motorcyclists’ motivations and their skills, climatic and geographical conditions are among the most important factors that affect on using the motorcycles in carrying out missions. It is necessary to mention that the motorcyclists’ personality variable is not a major factor affecting this issue and plays no specific role.
