چكيده فارسي :
جامعه، مجموعه ي درهم‌آميخته از انسانهايي با اهدافي مشترك است. اين جامعه براي نيل به اهدافش نيازمند دولتي مقتدر و كارآمد است كه راه را براي رسيدن به يك تمدن هموار ميسازد. اسلام از آغاز، جامعه اي نمونه و الگويي ميانه به نام امت پديد آورد. اين جامعه در طول چند قرن تمدني بزرگ را رقم زد. هم‌اينك پس از طي قرنها خاموشي و سكون، ديگربار انقلاب اسلامي طلايه دار برپايي جامعه و تمدن اسلاميِ معيار شده است.
مسئله اي كه اين تحقيق بدان پرداخته است، چيستي شناسي يك جامعه ي اسلامي مطلوب، سازوكارهاي وصول به آن و سهم نيروي انتظامي در تحقق اين مهم است. در اين پژوهش، افزون بر استفاده از آموزه هاي قرآن، سنت و كلام بزرگان، از ديدگاه هاي حكيمانه ي مقام معظم رهبري نيز بهره گرفته‌شده است. روش مقاله توصيفي تحليلي و ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، اسنادي است و بنابر نتايج اين تحقيق، مهمترين عناصر يك جامعه ي اسلامي عبارتاند از: بينش توحيدي، سيطره ي عدالت و قسط، عقلانيت‌ورزي، اخلاق‌مداري، كرامت انسانها، نفي سلطه، مدارا جويي. براي دستيابي به اين آرمان ها سازوكارهايي در سه سطح راهبرد، راهكار و روش ضروري است كه در اين نوشتار تنها به تبيين راهبردها پرداخته‌شده است.

Society is a complex mix of people with common goals. To achieve its goals, this society needs a powerful and efficient government that paves the way for a civilization. From the beginning, Islam created a model society and a middle model called the ummah. The community has made great strides over the centuries. However, after centuries of silence, the Islamic Revolution has once again become the forerunner of the establishment of a standard Islamic society and civilization. The issue that this study addresses is the etiology of a desirable Islamic society, the mechanisms for achieving it, and the role of law enforcement in achieving this goal. In this research, in addition to using the teachings of the Qur'an, Sunnah and the words of the elders, the wise views of the Supreme Leader have also been used. The method of descriptive analytical article and tool for data collection is documentary and according to the results of this research, the most important elements of an Islamic society are: monotheistic vision, domination of justice and installment, rationalism, ethics, human dignity, Denial of domination, tolerance. To achieve these ideals, mechanisms at the three levels of strategies and methods are essential, and this article only explains the strategies.
