The Role of Security in the Development of Tourism in the Eastern Regions of the Country

صنعت گردشگري، به‌عنوان يكي از مهم­ترين اركان اصلي توسعۀ اقتصادي و اجتماعي در هر جامعه محسوب مي­شود كه در پيشرفت دانش و فرهنگ تأثير مستقيم دارد و عاملي است كه در ايجاد تفاهم ميان ملت‌ها و استوار ساختن صلح جهاني، نقش اساسي ايفا مي‌كند. يكي از مؤلفه­ هاي توسعۀ پايدار گردشگري، موضوع امنيت است و اصولاً تا زماني كه امنيت نباشد سفري شكل نخواهد گرفت. اين پژوهش كه به روش توصيفي- تحليلي صورت گرفته، در پي آن است كه به نقش ويژۀ امنيت در توسعۀ گردشگري بپردازد و راهكارهاي اساسي در اين زمينه ارائه دهد. به دليل اينكه ايران به‌ لحاظ جغرافيايي، اقليمي، زيستي، نژاد و قوميت تنوع فراواني دارد، هر بخش از آن مناطق گردشگري متمايزي دارد. مناطق شرقي ايران به دليل داشتن جاذبه ­هاي طبيعي بسياري و امنيت آن نسبت به ساير كشورهاي هم‌جوار، مي­تواند موقعيت خاصي در گردشگري منطقه ايجاد كند. از ميان عوامل مختلف كه در پيشرفت صنعت گردشگري دخالت دارد، امنيت كافي براي گردشگران، يكي از موارد بسيار مهمي است كه با ابعاد گستردۀ اين صنعت ارتباط همه‌ جانبه‌اي در سطوح ملي و منطقه­ اي داشته و بروز هرگونه ناامني و به‌كارگيري خشونت مي‌تواند در سطوح مختلف، لطمات جبران‌ناپذيري را به اين صنعت وارد مي­سازد.

Tourism industry is considered as one of the most important pillars of economic and social development in any society, which has a direct impact on the development of knowledge and culture and is a factor that plays a key role in creating understanding between nations and establishing world peace. One of the components of sustainable tourism development is the issue of security, and in principle, travelling will not take shape unless there is security. This descriptive-analytical study seeks to address the special role of security in tourism development and provide basic solutions in this field. Iran has a great diversity in terms of geographical, climactic, race, and ethnicity, so each part of it has different tourist attraction. The eastern regions of Iran, due to having many natural attractions and its security compared to other neighboring countries, can create a special position in tourism in the region. Among the various factors involved in the development of the tourism industry, adequate security for tourists is one of the most important issues that has a comprehensive relationship with the broad dimensions of this industry at the national and regional levels and any insecurity and violence can occur at different levels. , Inflicts irreparable damages on this industry.
