تحولات معنايي خانواده در اسناد بالادستي صادره از جانب رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامي ايران

Family Semantic Transformations in Upper Documents Issued by the Supreme Leader of Islamic Republic of Iran

پژوهش حاضر با موضوع بررسي تحولات معنايي خانواده در اسناد بالادستي و در اين مجال اسناد منتسب به رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامي ايران صورت گرفته است. هدف از اين بررسي، مطالعه سير تحولات معنايي خانواده در اسنادي است كه از جانب رهبر انقلاب است. از آنجا كه خانواده نهادي با اهميت براي جامعه است، همواره مسئله مورد توجه حكومت‌ها در راستاي حمايت و جهت‌دهي به آن بوده است. خانواده همچنين مورد توجه كنشگران اجتماعي به جهت كاركردهاي انساني و عاطفي آن است. خانواده در ميانه درك كنشگران از آن و همچنين فهم حكومت‌ها از آن سير متفاوتي از تحولات معنايي را طي مي كند. به نظر مي‌آيد در اسناد بالادستي جمهوري اسلامي و همينطور اسناد خاص منتسب به رهبري نيز اين جريان حاكم است. اين پژوهش در پي فهم مختصات تحول معنايي خانواده در اسناد منتسب به رهبر انقلاب اسلامي ايران، از روش تحليل محتواي كيفي و صورت‌بندي مضموني استفاده كرده است. نتيجه بررسي هفده سند صادره از جانب رهبر معظم انقلاب بيانگر آن است كه اين اسناد به‌ويژه در متأخرترين آن، به سمت درگيري عيني با تحولات ذهني و كيفي خانواده و اعضاي آن متمايل شده است. اين امر مي‌تواند به‌ واقع‌بيني بيشتر در فهم تحولات خانواده و سياست‌گذاري عيني و وابسته به زمينه در حوزه با اهميت خانواده منجر شده و از سياست‌گذاري انتزاعي جلوگيري كند.

Family is an important institution for society and its members.Therefore,it’s a focused issue for the governments in the direction of supporting and directing it towards the micro and macro goals.The family is also concerned with social activists in its human and emotional functions.Meanwhile,the family is influenced by streams and trends beyond direct control like international streams, and therefore affect the whole family institute and its members. States and governments understand and interpret the transformation of the families and their members for their desire to maintain the stability and order with delay. This delay is one of the areas of conflict between social activists,families and governments,because it creates a contradiction between the objective situation of the family and the supportive and regulatory policies of the family on the part of governments.This research seeks to understand the coordinates of semantic transformation of the family by examining the upper documents that determine and direct the family policy.The method of this research is qualitative content analyze and formulate a framework for understanding the family transformations in this category of documents. The results of the examination of seventeen documents issued by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran indicate that these documents,especially in the latest ones, lead to objective conflict with the changes in the quality of life of the family and its members.This can lead to more realistic understanding of family transformations and objective and related to the ground policy-making in an important family district and to avoid abstract policy-making.
