The Significance of Having Political Relationship with non- Muslims in Maintaining Social Security according to Holy Quran

موضوع اين نوشتار در مسأله‌ي مراوده‌ي سياسي مسلمانان با غيرمسلمانان و نقش آن در تأمين امنيت اجتماعي است كه براساس روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي نگاشته شده است. اين موضوع نقش بسيار مهمي در تأمين امنيت اجتماعي در سطح جامعه‌ي اسلامي و جهاني دارد كه بي‌توجّهي به آن باعث خسارت‌هاي مادّي و معنوي مي‌شود. در اين مقاله پس از بيان مسأله و ابعاد آن در فرهنگ و سياست اسلامي و پيشينه‌ي آن در متون ديني به اين نتيجه دست پيدا كرديم كه مراوده‌ي سياسي مسلمانان با غيرمسلمانان مي‌تواند هم در تأمين امنيت اجتماعي مسلمانان نقش مهمّي داشته باشد و هم ظرفيّت و پتانسيل بسيار مهمّي براي گسترش دين اسلام در سراسر جهان باشد. چنانچه نمونه‌هاي تاريخي خود بيانگر اهميّت مسأله است. البته مراوده تا حدّي مجاز است كه با عزت اسلامي تزاحم نداشته باشد. پس با رعايت خطوط قرمز مراوده مي‌تواند عاملي براي ايجاد امنيت عمومي باشد.

This article is about to discuss the role of political relationship with non-Muslims in maintaining social security based on descriptive- analytical approach. This subject is of great importance in maintaining social security both throughout the Islamic society and the world and neglecting it can lead to both moral and material loss. After defining this issue and its various dimensions in Islamic culture, politics and Islamic texts, the issue of political relationship with non-Muslims will be discussed and as a conclusion it will be mentioned that political relationship with non-Muslims can both plays a significant role in maintaining social security for Muslims and can be a significant factor for expansion of Islam throughout the world. However, such political relationships are allowed to the extent that they are not in conflict with Islamic dignity. Therefore paying attention to these red lines can pave the way for maintaining social security.
