طراحي و اعتبارسنجي الگوي برنامه‌ درسي تربيت ‌اخلاقي دوره متوسطه اول با تأكيد بر سند تحول بنيادين آموزش ‌و‌ پرورش جمهوري ‌اسلامي ‌ايران

Design and validation of the moral education curriculum model in the first period of secondary school With Emphasis On the Fundamental Reform Document of Education (FRDE)"

پژوهش حاضر با هدفطراحي و اعتباربخشي الگوي مديريتِ كيفيت براي فعاليت‌هاي آموزشي اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه‌ها، انجام شده است تا براساس آن ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هايي مديريتِ كيفيت فعاليت‌هاي آموزشي اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه‌ها، به دست آيد. روش پژوهش، آميخته اكتشافي است. در بخش كيفي 12 نفر از صاحب نظران حوزه كيفيت آموزشي به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. در بخش كمّي 11 نفر از مصاحبه‌شوندگان به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند. در تحليل داده‌ها در بخش كيفي از تكنيك تحليل موضوعي (تم) و در بخش كمّي از روش آماري تي تك نمونه‌اي، استفاده شد. براي اطمينان از روايي پژوهش، از بررسي توسط اعضاء (مصاحبه‌شوندگان) و روش چندسويه‌نگري منابع داده‌ها و براي محاسبه پايايي كدگذاري‌هاي انجام شده، از روش‌هاي پايايي بازآزمون و پايايي توافق درون‌موضوعي، استفاده شد. در بخش كيفي براي مديريتِ كيفيت فعاليت‌هاي آموزشي اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه‌ها مهم‌ترين ابعاد شناسايي شده شامل؛ بستر و زمينه (مؤلفه‌هاي رسالت و مأموريت، فرهنگ و زمينه، قوانين و مقررات و ساختار)، برنامه‌ريزي (مؤلفه‌هاي شناخت مخاطب ونيازها و انتظارات، تدوين اهداف، تدوين برنامه، طرح درس، تدارك محيط آموزشي و تجهيزات وتعيين وظايف استاد)، اجرا (مؤلفه‌هاي تعيين نقطه شروع تدريس، روش‌هاي تدريس، رهبري و مديريت كلاس، پياده سازي) و ارزيابي و بهبود (مؤلفه‌هاي ارزيابي از يادگيري دانشجويان، ارزيابي دانشجويان از استاد، ارزيابي همكاران و متخصصين از استاد، ارزيابي برنامه و اجراي آن توسط استاد، بازخورد و بهره‌گيري از آن و برنامه بهبود) بودند. نتايج آزمون تي نشان داد ؛ الگوي مورد نظر از اعتبار كافي و مناسب برخوردار است.

The aim of present study is the design and validation of the moral education curriculum model in the first period of secondary school With Emphasis on the fundamental reform document of education in the Islamic republic of Iran. The method used in the research is the Granded Theory and the statistical population of the study includes: a) all documents related to theoretical foundations of the subject and evidentiary documents (including " Theoretical Foundations of the Fundamental Reform in Formal General Education System of the Islamic Republic of Ir@n", " Fundamental Reform Document Of Education " an‎d "the National Curriculum of the Islamic Republic of Ir@n"); and b) all curriculum specialists of the public universities of Tehran and the experts of the study groups of the country's research and planning organization. For sampling of documents, has been used of the census method and for the selection of specialists has been used of targeted sampling. To collect data from documents review was used information tools and for data collection in pattern validation was used a researcher-made questionnaire (with content validity and reliability of 0.82). Data related to pattern design with qualitative (descriptive-interpretive) and derived data A questionnaire (related to validation) was also analyzed by descriptive statistics (frequency distribution tables, percentage and mean). Based on the results of the research, at first the proposed model of the first level educational curriculum was designed with the emphasis on fundamental reform document of education and then assigned to the curriculum specialists and experts of the relevant groups in the planning and writing office for validation and after receiving, analyzing and Applying the views of specialists was confirmed and finalized the credibility of the desired pattern.
