Analytical Study Of Economical Justice’s Quranic Documents in Nahj al-Balaghah

عدالت از جمله مفاهيمي است كه دانشمندان، همواره به تعريف و بيان آن در اعصار گذشته و حال پرداخته‌اند. اين مفهوم يك تكليف الهي است كه باعث تعالي و رشد بشر در حوزه‌هاي مختلف زندگي شده است. ريشه اصلي اين مفهوم در درجه‌ي اول در قرآن كريم، آنگاه در بيانات معصومين عليهم السلام به‌خصوص بيانات گهربار حضرت علي عليه السلام يافت مي‌شود. مقاله حاضر سعي دارد تا با تفكر و تدبر در سخنان اميرمؤمنان عليه السلام از طريق مستندات قرآني بر عدالت اقتصادي از زبان آن بزرگوار به روش توصيفي- تحليلي مورد بررسي قرار دهد. يافته‌هاي اين مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه يكي از مهم‌ترين ابعاد مهم عدالت، عدالت اقتصادي است. با بررسي واژه عدالت در نهج البلاغه مي‌توان به معاني همچون قرار گرفتن هرچيز در جاي خودش، انصاف، مساوات و اعتدال (ميانه‌روي) دست يافت. در آيات قرآن كريم و سخنان حضرت علي عليه السلام براي عدالت اقتصادي شاخصه‌هاي مختلفي بيان شده است كه برخي از اين شاخصه‌ها عبارتند از: عدالت در توزيع، عدالت در بهره‌گيري و مصرف، عدالت در قيمت‌گذاري، عدالت در اوزان، پرهيز از رباخواري در معاملات اقتصادي، راستي و صداقت در معاملات اقتصادي است. از منظر آيات قرآن كريم و سخنان گهربار حضرت علي در نهج‌البلاغه راهكارهاي ايجاد عدالت اقتصادي در جامعه اسلامي شامل انفاق، صدقه، زكات و خمس مي‌باشد.

Justice is one of the concepts that thinkers have always defined and explained in different erasand now. This concept is a divine duty that provides and develops human excellence in various areas of life.The root of the issue of justice should be sought first in the Holy Qur’an and then in the sayings of the Infallibles (PBUH), especially the words of Imam Ali (PBUH). The present study intends to study the verses of the Qura’n and the sayings of Amir al-Mu’minin (AS) in Nahj al-Balaghah, and based on Qur’anic documents with thinging at them and my method in this concept is provides and analysis of the cultural justice in Nahj al-Balaghah by descriptive-analytical method. Research findings show that one of the most critical dimensions of justice is “economical justice.” Accoding to the words of Nahj al-Balaghah about meaings justics Like: equity, parity, moderation and put every thing instead it’s own, should be sought.Also, according to the verse of Qur’n and Nahj al-Balaghah (Imam Ali’s speaches) about economical justice there are differen averages has said like justice to division, justice to operation, justice to usefulness, justice in to price, justice to weights, avoidance of usury in ecconimic transaction, and truthful ness in economic transaction. According to the verses of the Qura’n and Imam Ali’s speaches in Nahj-albalaghah, there are many directories to begin economical justice in Islamic social like contribution, charity, alms, pentad.
