چكيده فارسي :
ﺳﺎﺑﻘﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﺛﺮات ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺘﯽ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ و ﻣﮑﻤﻞ آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺷﯿﺮازي ﺑﺮ ﻫﭙﺎﺗﻮﺳﯿﺖ ﻫﺎ، ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ 8 ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺷﯿﺮازي ﺑﺮ ﺳﻄﻮح آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎي ﮐﺒﺪي، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ اﺳﺘﺌﺎﺗﻮز ﮐﺒﺪي ﻣﺮدان داراي ﮐﺒﺪ ﭼﺮب ﻏﯿﺮاﻟﮑﻠﯽ ﺑﻮد.
ﻣﻮاد و روﺷﻬﺎ: ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻮع ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ آزﻣﻮدﻧﯽ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي در دﺳﺘﺮس ﺑﻪ ﭼﻬﺎر ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل، ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ، ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﮑﻤﻞ آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺷﯿﺮازي، ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺼﺮف آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺷﯿﺮازي ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ورزﺷﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﺎت ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت ﻫﺸﺖ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ، ﻫﺮ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ 3 ﺟﻠﺴﻪ، ﻫﺮ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪت % 80-50 ﯾﮏ ﺗﮑﺮار ﺑﯿﺸﯿﻨﻪ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﻮﯾﺰ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺷﯿﺮازي از ﮐﭙﺴﻮل ﺑﺎرﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت ﻫﺸﺖ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ، روزي ﺳﻪ ﺑﺎر و ﻧﯿﻢ ﺳـﺎﻋﺖ ﻗﺒـﻞ از ﻏﺬا اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺧﻮنﮔﯿﺮي ﺟﻬﺖ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻧﯿﻤﺮخ ﻟﯿﭙﯿﺪي و ﺳﻄﻮح آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎي ﮐﺒﺪي )ALT ،AST و GGT( ﻗﺒﻞ و ﺑﻌﺪ از ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪو ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮن آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﯾﮏﺳﻮﯾﻪ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري 0/05 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻨﻬﺎﯾﯽ و در ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ ﺑﺎ ﻣﮑﻤﻞ آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺷﯿﺮازي ﺳﺒﺐ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ وزن )ﺑﺘﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/001< p و 0/01< BMI ،(p )ﺑﺘﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/002< p و 0/02< p( و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻧﻤﯿﺮخ ﻟﯿﭙﯿﺪي )اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ HDL
ﺑﺘﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/001< p و 0/003< p(، ﮐﺎﻫﺶ LDL )ﺑﺘﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/003< p و 0/001< p(، ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﮐﻠﺴﺘﺮول )ﺑﺘﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/02< p و p 0/001 و ﺗﺮيﮔﻠﯿﺴﺮﯾﺪ )ﺑﺘﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/002< p و 0/001< p(( ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ اﯾﻦ ﺣﺎل در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل، ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮي ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري در اﺛﺮ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﮑﻤﻞ آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺷﯿﺮازي ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ذﮐﺮﺷﺪه ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ. ﺑﻌﻼوه ﻫﺸﺖ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ و ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﮑﻤﻞ آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺷﯿﺮازي ﺑﺮ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ اﺳﺘﺌﺎﺗﻮز ﮐﺒﺪي و ﺳﻄﻮح آﻧﺰﯾﻢﻫﺎي ﮐﺒﺪي )ALT ،AST و GGT( اﺛﺮ
ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ )0/05≤ p(. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ، ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺘﯽ و ﻧﻪ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﮑﻤﻞ آوﯾﺸﻦ ﺷﯿﺮازي ﻣﻤﮑﻦ اﺳﺖ ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪاي ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي آﺳﯿﺐ ﮐﺒﺪي )ALT،GCT و AST( ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺒﺪﭼﺮب ﻏﯿﺮاﻟﮑﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ اﯾﻦ ﺣﺎل ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﺳﺎزوﮐﺎر آن ﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Purpose: Due to the protective effects of resistance training and Zataria Multiflora supplementation on hepatocytes, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 8 weeks of resistance training with supplementation of Zataria multiflora on liver enzymes, hepatic steatosis index of men with non-alcoholic fatty liver.
Methodology: In this semi-experimental study, subjects were randomly assigned into four groups: control, resistance training, supplementation of Zataria multiflora and resistance training with Zataria multiflora supplementation. The training program consist of eight weeks resistance exercise training for, 3 sessions per week, each session with intensity of 80-50% one repetition maximum. For Zataria multiflora supplementation, the Barij capsule was used for 8 weeks, three and half hours before meals. Blood samples were taken to evaluate the status of liver steatosis and liver enzymes (AST, ALT and GGT) before and after the exercise program. For data analysis one-way analysis of variance was used at a significant level of 0.05.
Results: The results showed that resistance training alone and in combination with Zataria multiflora supplementation improve lipid profile (Increased HDL (p<0.001 and p<0.003, respectively), reduction of cholesterol (p<0.02 and p<0.001, respectively), LDL (p<0.003 and p<0.001, respectively) and triglyceride (p<0.002 and p<0.001, respectively)), compared to control group. However, such significant effect was not observed as a result of Zataria multiflora supplementation on the mentioned variables. In addition, eight weeks of resistance training with and without Zataria multiflora supplementation had a significant effect on hepatic steatosis index and hepatic enzyme levels (AST, ALT and GGT) (p<0.05).
Conclusion: According to these findings, it can be concluded that resistance training and not Zataria multiflora supplementation may be a beneficial intervention to improve indicators related to fatty liver (GCT, AST and ALT) in people with non-alcoholic fatty liver. However, understanding its mechanism requires further research.
