The Role of Ayatollah Khamenei in the Revival of Islamic Civilization with Relying on the Statement of the Second Step of the Revolution

زمينه و هدف: بيانية گام دوم انقلاب كه توسط مقام معظم رهبري تنظيم و ابلاغ شده است، به‌عنوان سندي راهبردي جهت تداوم مسير انقلاب اسلامي در راستاي نيل به آرمان‌هاي اسلام و انقلاب است. آنچه در اين بيانيه داراي اهميت است، آن است كه هدف غايي انقلاب اسلامي ايران را ايجاد تمدن نوين اسلامي بيان مي‌كند. تمدن نوين اسلامي در جمله رهبر انقلاب با اين تعبير آمده است: «انقلاب اسلامي اينك وارد دومين مرحلة خودسازي، جامعه‌پردازي و تمدن‌سازي شده است. عزيزان از انقلاب خود حراست و آن را هرچه بيشتر به آرمان بزرگش كه ايجاد تمدن نوين اسلامي و آمادگي براي طلوع خورشيد ولايت عظمي است، نزديك كنيد». احياي تمدن اسلامي امري است كه توجه تمام ملت‌هاي اسلامي را مي‌طلبد. دراين‌ميان، انقلاب اسلامي به‌عنوان الگويي براي بازشكوفايي تمدن اسلامي مي‌تواند راهنما و راهگشا باشد. ازآنجاكه تمدن نوين اسلام به‌معناي پيشرفت همه‌جانبه است بنابراين بايد در عرصه‌هاي مختلف پيشرفت صورت بگيرد تا هرچه زودتر به مقصد برسيم. روش تحقيق: اين پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصيفي-تحليلي و با استفاده از ابزار فيش‌برداري براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها انجام ‌شده است. يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري:در اين مقاله بر آنيم تا چگونگي احياي تمدن نوين اسلامي و بسترهاي لازم براي تحقق اين امر را با توجه به ديدگاه‌هاي شاخص مقام معظم رهبري در بيانيه بسيار مهم گام دوم انقلاب مورد ارزيابي و مداقه قرار دهيم و مؤلفه‌هايي را كه در كشور ما وجود دارد و مي‌تواند بستري براي تمدن‌سازي باشد موردبررسي قرار دهيم.

Background and objectives: The statement of the second step of the revolution, regulating and communicated by the Supreme Leader, is as a strategic document for the continuation of the Islamic Revolution in order to achieve the aspirations of Islam and the revolution. What is important in this statement is that the ultimate goal of the Islamic Revolution of Iran expresses the creation of a new Islamic civilization. The new Islamic civilization in the sentence of the revolution leader with this interpretation has been interpreted as: "The Islamic Revolution has entered the second stage of self-regulation, sociology and civilization. Dears! Protect your revolution and make it closer to its great ideal, which is the creation of a new Islamic civilization and readiness for the sunrise of the Great Leader." The revival of Islamic civilization requires the attention of all Islamic nations. In this vein, the Islamic Revolution, as a model for the advisory of Islamic civilization, can be a guide and solution. Since the new civilization of Islam means a comprehensive progress, therefore, it should take place in the various fields of advancement, so that we can achieve the goals as soon as possible. Methodology: This research was carried out using descriptive-analytical method. Note-taking tool was employed for collecting data. Findings and results: In this paper, we attempt to evaluate how to revive the new Islamic civilization and the necessary platform for the realization of this issue, according to the viewpoints of the Supreme Leader in the very important statement of the second step, and also study the components that exist in our country that can be a ground for civilization.
