The Effects of the Spiritual Excellence of Law Enforcement Personnel on Islamic Society

زمينه و هدف: ازآنجا‌كه انسان داراي دو ساحت مادي و معنوي است، براي رسيدن به كمال در هركدام از اين ابعاد به ابزارهايي دقيق و متناسب نياز است. بي‌ترديد يكي از مهم‌ترين ابزارهاي رشد معنوي در انسان تعاليم الهي هستند كه در قرآن به‌صورت كامل در اختيار انسان‌ها قرار داده شده است. در اين مقاله تلاش شده است به‌دور از پيش‌داوري‌هاي ارزشي، صرفاً بر اساس داده‌هاي علمي، به نقش تعالي معنوي در ارتقاي كارايي كاركنان نيروي انتظامي پرداخته شود. چارچوب ارائه و تحليل داده‌ها نيز به اين صورت است كه ابتدا يك موضوع انتخاب شده و سپس با استناد به آيات و برخي روايات به تبيين آن پرداخته شده است. روش: اين پژوهش با روش توصيفي-تحليلي و با استفاده از اسناد كتابخانه‌اي و مطالعات ميداني در دانشگاه علوم انتظامي انجام شده است. يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه ازجمله آثار تعالي معنوي عبارت‌اند از: افزايش اعتماد عمومي نسبت به نيروي انتظامي، افاضة بركات مادي و معنوي در ساية نعمت امنيت، كسب عزّت و كرامت، بسترسازي براي تحقق مدينة فاضله، مشروعيت‌آفريني براي نظام اسلامي و درنهايت گسترش عدالت در شئون مختلف اجتماعي. تعالي سطح معنويت در انسان با رشد معرفتي، اخلاقى و اجتماعى همراه است؛ بر اين اساس مي‌توان نتيجه گرفت كه تعالي معنوي كاركنان ناجا ضرورتي براي دستيابي به سازماني متعالي و جامعه‌اي اسلامي است.

Background and objectives: Since man has two material and spiritual realms, in order to achieve perfection in each of these dimensions, precise and appropriate tools are needed. Undoubtedly, one of the most important tools for spiritual growth in human beings is the divine teachings that have been fully provided to human beings in the Qur'an. In this article, an attempt has been made to address the role of spiritual excellence in improving the efficiency of law enforcement personnel, based on scientific data only, away from value prejudices. The framework for presenting and analyzing the data is such that first a topic is selected and then it is explained by quoting verses and some narrations. Methodology: This research has been done by descriptive-analytical method and using library documents and field studies in Amin Police University. Findings and results: The findings of this study show that among the effects of spiritual excellence are: increasing public trust in the police force, bestowing material and spiritual blessings in the light of security, gaining dignity and honor, laying the groundwork for the realization of the utopia, the legitimacy of Islamic justice and the expansion of justice in various social matters. The excellence of the level of spirituality in man is associated with epistemological, moral and social growth. Based on this, it can be concluded that the spiritual excellence of I. R. I. Police employees is a necessity to achieve an excellent organization and Islamic society.
