Identifying and Ranking the Factors Affecting the Firms Financial Stability

هدف اصلي اين مقاله، شناسايي و رتبه‌بندي عوامل موثر بر ثبات مالي در شركت‌هاي پذيرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. به منظور شناسايي عوامل مؤثر بر ثبات مالي شركت‌ها، ضمن مرور مطالعات صورت گرفته، مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته با استفاده از روش كيفي تحليل تم صورت گرفته است. خبرگان مورد مصاحبه شامل20 نفر از استادان دانشگاه، مديران عامل و تحليل‌گران مالي شركت‌هاي سرمايه‌گذاري و كارگزاري و نيز حسابرسان ارشد داراي تحصيلات حسابداري و مديريت بوده است. مرور ادبيات، پژوهش‌هاي انجام گرفته و نتايج مصاحبه‌ها، نشان‌دهنده پنج تم اصلي است كه عوامل مؤثر بر ثبات مالي در شركت‌ها را تبيين مي‌كند. در اين پژوهش عوامل كليدي شناسايي و سپس از تكنيك دلفي فازي براي رتبه‌بندي و يافتن درجه اهميت عوامل استفاده شده است. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه به ترتيب عوامل عملكرد، مديريت منابع، ساختار مالي، نقدينگي و در آخر ويژگي‌هاي شركت، در ثبات مالي شركت‌ها موثر هستند.

The main purpose of this study is to identify and rank the factors affecting the financial stability of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. In order to identify the factors affecting the financial stability of companies, while reviewing the studies, semi-structured interviews were conducted using the qualitative method of theme analysis. Experts interviewed: 20 university professors, CEOs and senior auditors with accounting and management degrees. A review of the literature, research, and interview results reveals five main themes that categorize the factors affecting financial stability in companies. In this study, key factors have been identified and then the fuzzy Delphi technique has been used to rank and find the degree of importance of the factors. The results showed that performance factors, resource management, financial structure, liquidity and finally the characteristics of the company are effective in the financial stability of companies, respectively.
