تبيين اثر رهبري اخلاقي بر عملكرد نوآورانه با توجه به نقش ميانجي حكمراني خوب در ادارات ورزش و جوانان غرب ايران

Explanation the Effect Model Ethical Leadership on Innovative Performance With Mediating Role of Good Governance of Sports and Youth Offices in West of Iran

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تبيين اثر رهبري اخلاقي بر عملكرد نوآورانه باتوجه به نقش ميانجي حكمراني خوب در ادارات ورزش و جوانان غرب ايران بود. : روش تحقيق، توصيفي - پيمايشي و از نظر هدف كاربردي است. جامعه آماري كارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان غرب ايران (286n=) بودند كه از طريق نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده ، تعداد182 نفر به پرسشنامه ها پاسخ دادند. از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد؛ رهبري اخلاقي كالشون و همكاران(2011)، حكمراني خوب احمدي و همكاران(1396) و عملكرد نوآورانه هوانگ ولي(2002) استفاده شد. از تحليل عاملي براي بررسي روايي سازه پرسش‌نامه و از مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري با نرم افزار ليزرل، براي ارائه مدل پژوهش استفاده شد. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه بين متغيرهاي مكنون و شاخص‌هاي متناظر با آن‌ها همبستگي مثبت و معني داري وجود داشت. همچنين رهبري اخلاقي به‌صورت غيرمستقيم و از طريق متغير ميانجي حكمراني خوب بر عملكرد نوآورانه به ميزان 69/0 اثر داشت. به بياني ديگر متغير حكمراني خوب ميانجي‌گر مثبت بين متغير رهبري اخلاقي و عملكرد نوآورانه بود. نتيجه‌گيري پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه رهبري اخلاقي مي‌تواند با كمك حكمراني خوب منجر به تقويت عملكرد نوآورانه در ادارات ورزش و جوانان غرب كشور شود.

The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of moral leadership on innovative performance regarding the role of mediator of good governance in sports departments and youth in western Iran. The research method is descriptive-survey and in terms of applied purpose.The statistical population included experts from the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Western Iran (n = 286) who were selected through simple random sampling, and 182 responded to the questionnaires. Three standard questionnaires, the Ethical Leadership of Calhoun et al. (2011), Ahmadi et al. (2017) and Innovative Performance of Huang and Lee (2002) were used. Factor analysis was used to evaluate the validity of the structure of the questionnaire and the structural equation modelling with Lisrel software to present the research model. The findings showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between the variables and the corresponding indices. Also, ethical leadership indirectly and through the mediating variable of good governance influenced innovative performance by 0.69. In other words, the good governance variable was a positive mediator between the variable of moral leadership and innovative performance. The conclusion of the research shows that moral leadership can, with the help of good governance, lead to the strengthening of innovative performance in sports departments and youth in the West.
