تعيين شاخص هاي ارزيابي عملكرد اداره كل تربيت بدني دانشگاه پيام نور با كارت امتيازي متوازن

Developing Performance Assessment Indicators of the General Administration of Physical Education of Payame Noor University through Balanced Scorecard

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعيين شاخص‌هاي ارزيابي عملكرد اداره كل تربيت بدني دانشگاه پيام نور با كارت امتيازي متوازن بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش متشكل از 200 نفر از اعضاي هيات علمي ، مديران قبلي و فعلي اداره كل تربيت بدني دانشگاه پيام نور، مسئولين و متخصصين، مطلعين و خبرگان آشنا به كارت امتيازي متوازن بود كه تعداد 132 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان به طور تصادفي ساده براي نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. براي دست‌يابي به اهداف پژوهش در بخش كمي از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد كه روايي صوري و محتوايي آن به تاييد 15 نفر از متخصصين مديريت ورزشي رسيد و پايايي آن با آلفاي كرونباخ 82/0 محاسبه شد. براي تجزبه و تحليل اطلاعات به دست آمده در بخش كمي از روش هاي آمار توصيفي و آمار استنباطي از جمله مجذور كاي و آلفاي كرونباخ و در بخش كيفي نيز از روش استقراي منطقي استفاده شد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه اداره كل تربيت بدني دانشگاه پيام نور چهار منظر مالي، دانشگاهي، فرآيندهاي داخلي و يادگيري و رشد، 44 هدف استراتژيك و 139 سنجه دارد.

The purpose of this study was to developing Performance assessment indicators of the general administration of Physical Education of Payame Noor University through balanced scorecard. The statistical population consists 200 of the previous and present managers and human resources of the general administration of physical education, and experts who were familiar with BSC. On the basis of Morgan table, 132 persons were randomly selected of research samples. The qualitative interview and self-made questionnaire were used as investigation tools. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability were studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.82 respectively. For quantitative analysis, description statistical methods and inferential statistics such as chi-square, and K-S, Chronbach’s alpha were used and for qualitative analysis logical inductive reasoning method was used. The results showed that the general administration of physical education of Payame Noor University has four perspectives, such as the financial perspective, the collegiate perspective, the internal process perspective, and the learning & growth perspective, 44 strategic objectives, and as well as 139 measurements.
