بازخواني مسئله امنيت فرهنگي در نظام سياسي مردم‌سالاري ديني (با تأكيد بر بينش، نگرش و كنش مقام معظم رهبري)

Reflecting on the Issue of Cultural Security in the Religious Democratic Political System (Emphasizing the Supreme Leader's Insights, Attitudes, and Actions)

بنا بر مدني ­الطبع بودن نوع بشر، امنيت به ‌عنوان يك مقوله فطري در طول تاريخ در ابعاد و سطوح مختلف، مورد توجه همه نظام‌ها سياسي، اديان، مكاتب و ايدئولوژي‌ها بوده است. تثبيت، نهادينگي و دغدغه ­مندي مسئله امنيت در ابعاد و سطوح مختلف آن به‌طور اخص بعد فرهنگي در سطح جامعه، نقش غيره قابل‌انكاري در پايداري و ضرورت نظم اجتماعي، حيات سياسي مطلوب و دست‌يابي به پيشرفت و توسعه مادي ـ معنوي در همه نظام‌هاي سياسي دارد و داشته است .در اين پژوهش تلاش شده است تا با روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي و مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي ـ اسنادي با تحليل بيانات رهبر انقلاب به واشكافي و تحليل مقوله امنيت فرهنگي در نظام سياسي جمهوري اسلامي ايران پرداخته ­شود. در اين راستا مساعي برآن است به اين سؤال پاسخ دهد كه در منظومه فكري و نگاه مديريتي مقام معظم رهبري، امنيت فرهنگي چه جايگاهي دارد؟ نسبت فرهنگ و امنيت چگونه ارزيابي مي‌شود؟ يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه فرهنگ همواره در تئوري‌ها و نظريه‌پردازي‌هاي مديريت اجتماعي، به عنوان محوريت و شاكله ساختاردهي و سازماندهي نظام اجتماعي مطرح بوده است، اخيراً با مطرح‌شدن پاردايم جهاني‌شدن فرهنگ و رشد فناوري‌هاي ارتباطي ـ اطلاعاتي، بر اهميت آن افزوده‌ شده است. انقلاب اسلامي ايران به‌عنوان حركت و جنبشي فرهنگي به اين مسئله به صورت ويژه توجه داشته است. در بيانات و آثار مختلف رهبر انقلاب، اغلب نابساماني‌ها، معضلات و ناهنجاري‌­هاي اجتماعي، معلول اختلال و هرج مرج موجود در قرارگاه فرهنگي كشور بوده؛ از اين‌رو با تكيه ‌بر مباني هستي‌شناسي، انسان‌شناسي اسلامي، تزريق امنيت فرهنگي و برون‌رفت از وضعيت موجود با اخلاق ­محوري، معنويت­ گستري، عقلانيت، در قالب كار جهادي، خدمت­ محوري، سبك زندگي ايراني ـ اسلامي، تمدن نوين اسلامي، آتش به اختيار بودن همه اقشار جامعه امكان‌پذيراست.

According to the civilization of humankind, security has been the focus of all political systems, religions, schools, and ideologies throughout history, at various levels and levels. Consolidation, institutionalization, and concern for the security issue at various levels and levels, in particular the cultural dimension at the community level, play an indispensable role in the sustainability and necessity of social order, favorable political life, and the attainment of material and spiritual development in all political systems. In this research, it has been attempted to analyze and analyze cultural revolution in the political system of the Islamic Republic of Iran by descriptive-analytical method and library-documentary studies by analyzing the statements of the leader of the revolution. In this regard, efforts are being made to answer the question of what is the cultural security of the supreme leadership's thinking and management system. How is the ratio of culture and security assessed? The findings of the study indicate that culture has always been a central focus of theories and theories of social system organization and organization in social management theories and theories. The Islamic Revolution of Iran as a movement and cultural movement has paid special attention to this issue. In various statements and works of the revolutionary leader, most of the social disturbances, problems and anomalies have been caused by disorder and chaos in the cultural base of the country; Ethics, spirituality, rationality, in the form of jihadism, self-service, Iranian-Islamic lifestyle, modern Islamic civilization, fire are available to all segments of society.
