Challenges and Opportunities of COVID-19 in front of Sports Management in Iran

با شيوع كوويد- 19 در سراسر دنيا، تمام ابعاد اجتماعي، سياسي، اقتصادي و سلامت به شدت تحت تأثير قرار گرفت. حوزه ورزش نيز همانند ساير ابعاد گفته شده در امان نماند. بنابراين محققان با در نظر گرفتن نياز فوري و اهميت ويژه مطالعه در حيطه مديريت ورزشي در اين شرايط نا آشنا، به مطالعه ي چالش‌ها و فرصت‌هاي كوويد- 19 پيش‌روي مديريت ورزش ايران پرداختند. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش گردآوري داده‌ها، توصيفي از نوع تحليلي و از نظر زماني به صورت مقطعي بود. يافته‌هاي تحقيق در قسمت چالش‌ها نشان داد كه مديريت ورزش كشور با چالش‌هايي همچون به خطر افتادن سلامت جسماني ورزشكاران شاغل در ليگ‌هاي حرفه‌اي و كاهش درآمد مشاغل مرتبط با ورزش روبه رو است. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه مديريت ورزش ايران داراي فرصت‌هايي از قبيل توجه بيش از پيش به پايش سلامت در باشگاه‌ها و ليگ‌هاي ورزشي و استفاده از فناوري براي برگزاري كلاس‌هاي تربيت بدني در دانشگاه‌ها و مدارس است. به عنوان نتيجه-گيري كلي مي‌توان گفت كه كوويد-19 جدا از پيامدهاي نگران كننده، فرصت هايي را در دل خود به همراه دارد؛ بنابراين مديريت ورزش كشور بايد از چالش ها آگاه باشند و از فرصت ها بهره مند شوند.

With the spread of COVID -19 around the world, all social, political, economic and health dimensions were affected. The sports field, like other dimensions, was affected. Therefore, considering the urgent need and high importance of studying in the field of sports management in these unfamiliar conditions, current researchers studied the challenges and opportunities of COVID -19 in front of sports management in Iran. The current research in terms of purpose, data collection and time were applied, descriptive-analytical and cross – sectional method. Findings revealed that the country's sport management faces challenges such as the risk of physical health of athletes working in professional leagues and reducing income from sport - related jobs. Further, results showed that sport management in Iran possess opportunities such as attention to health check-up in clubs and sports leagues, and the use of technology to hold physical education and sports classroom in universities and schools. Overall, it can be said that COVID -19, apart from its worrying consequences, has opportunities in its heart, so the country's sports management should be aware of the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities.
