امكان‌سنجي پياده‌سازي WebGIS بر مبناي Web2.0 با هدف توسعه نظام ساخت و بهره‌برداري پروژه‌هاي ورزشي

WebGIS implementation feasibility based on Web2.0 aimed at develop the system of construction and operation of sports projects

هدف از تحقيق حاضر بررسي امكان‌سنجي پياده‌سازي WebGIS بر مبناي Web.02 در راستاي ارتقاي نظام ساخت و بهره‌برداري پروژه‌هاي ورزشي در استان البرز است. جهت نيل به اين هدف روش پژوهش، توصيفي و پيمايشي و به‌صورت ميداني است و محدوده تحقيق استان نوظهور البرز انتخاب شد و به‌صورت كامل موردبررسي قرار گرفت. در اين راستا با بررسي مستندات و نظرسنجي از خبرگان، با استفاده از روش SWOT-ANP، عوامل داخلي و خارجي مؤثر بر پياده‌سازي WebGIS بر مبناي Web.02 شناسايي شد و جهت محاسبه اوزان نهايي و اتخاذ بهترين راهبرد و استراتژي از روش ANP و پرسشنامه مقايسات زوجي استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه استراتژي WO داراي بيشترين وزن است و به‌عنوان بهترين استراتژي مطرح است. طبق نتايج تحقيق امكان اجراي سيستم اطلاعات جغرافيايي تحت وب و برمبناي وب 2 وابسته به رفع نقاط ضعف سازمان در جهت استفاده هرچه بهتر از فرصت‌هاي موجود در استان نوظهور البرز مي‌باشد كه اين مورد حاصل نمي‌شود مگر با آموزش كاركنان و ايجاد بانك اطلاعاتي يكپارچه از فضاهاي ورزشي در استان.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasibility of WebGIS implementation based on Web.02 in order to promote the construction and operation of sports projects in Alborz province. The research method was descriptive and field survey and the research area of Alborz province was selected and fully examined. In this regard, using the SWOT-ANP method, internal and external factors affecting the implementation of WebGIS based on Web.02 were identified by examining the documentation and survey of experts and The ANP method and paired comparison questionnaire were used to calculate the final weights and adopt the best strategy. The results show that WO strategy has the highest weight and is considered as the best strategy. According to the results, it is possible to implement Web-based GIS based on WEB-2 depends on eliminate weaknesses of the organization in order to make the best use of opportunities in Alborz province that will not be achieved except by training staff and creating an integrated database of sports spaces in the province.
