طراحي مدل رياضي زنجيره تامين تاب آور و يكپارچه سازي رويكردهاي مالي و عملياتي

Designing a mathematical model of resilience supply chain and integrating financial and operational approaches

هدف پژوهش طراحي يك شبكه زنجيره تامين پنج سطحي با در نظر گرفتن هم زمان ابعاد مالي وعملياتي در چارچوب يك نگرش سيستمي است. نوآوري پژوهش حاضر ارايه يك رويكرد يكپارچه مالي - عملياتي در زنجيره تامين تاب آور و جنبه جديد بودن تحقيق در نظر گرفتن پنج سطح تامين-كنندگان، كارخانه ها، مراكز توزيع، خرده فروشان و مشتريان به صورت رياضي در سطوح تصميم گيري راهبردي و فني مدل سازي با توجه به اهميت حقوق صاحبان سهام در مقابل سود حسابداري با هدف مدل سازي حداكثر كردن ثروت سهامداران و طراحي و آزمون مدل پيشنهادي با استفاده از نرم افزارگمز 24 و حل كننده CPLEX صورت پذيرفته است. نتايج مدل سازي و حل مدل عددي، اهميت نقش بعد مالي و در نظر گرفتن هم زمان ابعاد عملياتي - مالي در مدل رياضي براي كسب مزيت رقابتي پايدار را نشان مي دهد؛ همچنين توانايي زنجيره تامين پنج سطحي با مناسب نشان دادن معيارهايي مانند بهاي تمام شده، ساختار سرمايه، افزايش بيشتر حقوق صاحبان سهام در مقابل سود تبيين شده است. در راستاي تحليل تاب آوري زنجيره تامين شركت ايران خودرو به عنوان مورد مطالعه با مدل طراحي شده آزمون و اعتبارسنجي گرديد. نتايج نشان داد، با به كارگيري مدل تحقيق حاضر مي توان تاب آوري زنجيره تامين ايران خودرو را بهبود و ارتقاء بخشيد.

The purpose of this research was to design a five-level supply chain network by simultaneously taking into account the financial and operational dimensions as a systematic perspective. The innovativeness of the present research was in that it presented an integrated financial-operational approach in the resilience supply chain. This initiation was mathematically modelled by considering five levels of suppliers, factories, distributors, retailers, and customers in strategic and technical decision-making phases. Given the importance of equity versus accounting profit, the modeling aimed at maximizing the shareholders’ wealth. The suggested model was designed and tested by GAMS24 and CPLEX solver. The results of modeling and solving the numerical model indicated the importance of the role of financial dimension and simultaneous consideration of financial-operational dimensions in the mathematical model in obtaining sustainable competitive advantage. Moreover, the ability of the five-level supply chain was explained by the suitability of several criteria such as cost, capital structure, further increase of equity versus profit. In order to analyze the supply chain resilience, Iran Khodro Company, as the studied case, was tested and validated using the designed model. The results showed that applying the present research model can improve the supply chain resilience of Iran Khodro Company.
