The relationship between justice and the efficiency of political system In Imam Khomeini's thought

يكي از وجوه تمايز مكاتبي چون اسلام، ليبراليسم، سوسياليسم، در نسبت و رابطه اي است كه ميان مفاهيم عدالت و كارآمدي قائلند. دو مكتب ليبراليسم و سوسياليسم بر اساس اولويت قائل شدن براي هر يك از اين مولفه ها موجب به حاشيه راندن ديگري مي شوند. در حاليكه اسلام با نگاه طولي به شبكه منسجم و يكپارچه توحيد و نبوت، عدالت و اصول اساسي دين را مطرح مي سازد. در اين پژوهش پرسش اصلي اين است كه چه نسبتي ميان عدالت و كارآمدي در انديشه امام خميني(ره) وجود دارد؟ يافته هاي پژوهش بيانگر آن است كه در انديشه امام(ره) و بر مبناي ديدگاه اسلام برخلاف دو مكتب فوق، عدالت و كارآمدي در يك نظام طولي قابل ارزيابي مي باشد و رابطه عموم و خصوص مطلق بين اين دو مفهوم برقرار است. لذا از نگاه وي عدالت، مفهومي عام تر و گسترده تر مي باشد؛ به گونه اي كه مفهوم كارآمدي را نيز در برمي گيرد. در واقع برقراري عدالت شرط اصلي كارآمدي است و كارآمدي در يك سير طولي، تقويت عدالت اجتماعي را به همراه دارد. روش بكار گرفته در اين پژوهش، توصيفي– تحليلي مي باشد و داده هاي پژوهش، كتابخانه اي است.

One of the aspects of distinction of schools such as Islam, liberalism, socialism is in the proportion and relationship between the concepts of justice and efficiency. The two schools of liberalism and socialism are based on the priority of each of these components to cause another margin. Whereas Islam With a longitudinal look at a coherent and integrated network, monotheism and prophecies, justice and basic principles of religion are raised. In this study, the main question is what relationships exist between justice and efficiency in Imam Khomeini's thought? Research findings indicate that in the imam's thought based on the Islamic perspective, contrary the above two schools, the justice and efficiency can be evaluated in a longitudinal system. an‎d the absolute General and Special relation between the two concepts there are. So he looked at justice. Therefore, in his view, justice is a more general and broader concept; in such a way that covers the concept of efficiency. In fact, Justice is the main condition of efficiency. an‎d efficiency in a longitudinal course is the strengthening of social justice. The method used in this study is descriptive-analytic and research data is a library.
