Security Category in Shiite Sources

بدون ترديد پيش نياز اصلي و اساسي در همه مقولاتي كه مي‌تواند افتخارات بزرگ را براي يك جامعه و در سطح بالاتر براي يك كشور به ارمغان بياورد، وجود امنيت است. دين اسلام پيش‌شرط اصلي سلامت و سعادت جامعه انساني را در اعتقاد به خدا و استقرار امنيت مي‌داند، به طوري‌كه حتي بر معيشت هم تقدم داده شده است. امنيت ارتباط تنگاتنگ و محكمي با مفاهيم اسلام، ايمان و مؤمن دارد. مفهومي كه افزون بر آيات قرآن و روايات، به فراواني در سخنان متفكران اسلامي و شيعي به چشم مي‌خورد. به طوري كه فقهاى شيعه در تمام دوره‌هاي‌ مختلف از دوره‌ي شيخ مفيد و سيد مرتضى گرفته تا دوره معاصر براى حفظ امنيت جامعه اسلام كوشا بوده اند و كتب فقهى آنان نشان مىدهد مباحث فراوانى در مورد آن دارند؛ چرا كه يكى از اهداف پرارزش فقه دستيابى به امنيت و حفظ آن مي‌باشد. در اين مقاله به روش توصيفي كتابخانه‌اي، با فيش‌برداري و جمع‌آوري منابع دست اول، به بازشناسى و بازنگرى امنيت از نظر فقهي با رجوع به متون و منابع اسلامي پرداخته شده است.

Undoubtedly, "security" is a basic prerequisite that can bring great honors to a society and in a higher level, for a country. Islam considers the basic precondition for the health and well-being of the human community to believe in God and to establish security, so that even is given priority to livelihood. Security is closely linked with the concepts of Islam, faith and believers. The concept that in addition to the verses of the Quran and hadiths, is widely seen in the words of the Islamic and shiite thinkers. Shiite Fuqahā' in all periods from Sheikh Mofid and Seyyed Morteza to the contemporary period have been diligent to maintain the security of the Muslim community, and their Fiqh works shows that they have many issues about it; because one of the most valuable goals of Fiqh is the achievement of security and preserving it. In this paper, through a descriptive-library method, by taking notes and collecting first-hand sources, we attemp to recognition and revision of security from the point of view of Fiqh with references to Islamic texts and references.
