چكيده فارسي :
سالانه يك ميليون و 250 هزار نفر در تصادفات رانندگي در جهان جان خود را از دست مي‌دهند. اين آمار در ايران بالغ بر حدوداً 30 هزار نفر در سال است. دستيابي به سفر ايمن همراه با آگاهي كافي از عوامل مؤثر بر وقوع تصادفات و همچنين دستيابي به مدل‌هاي ايمني صحيح با قدرت پيش‌بيني بالا همواره جزو نگراني هاي اصلي متخصصان عمران، حمل و نقل، ترافيك و ... در فرآيند برنامه‌ريزي كلان بلند مدت حمل و نقل بوده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين نقاط داراي ريسك تصادف در منطقه 2 و 6 قم انجام گرفته است. تحقيق حاضر از جمله تحقيقات كاربردي مي‌باشد و از نظر ماهيت، توصيفي- تحليلي مي‌باشد. با توجه به تحليل معيارهاي تحقيق، معابر محله‌هاي شاه ابراهيم (تقاطع شاه ابراهيم _ آيت‌الله كاشاني)، محله‌ي نيروگاه (تقاطع جوادالائمه _ بيست متري سواران، آيت الله كاشاني، خيابان مطهري، خيابان توحيد)، محله‌ي علي‌آباد سعدگان (خيابان يادگار امام) به لحاظ ريسك وقوع تصادف داراي بالاترين ريسك مي باشند. متوسط ريسك وقوع تصادف را مي‌توان در محلات امين‌آباد، شيخ‌آباد، شهرك امام حسين، باغ شريعتي، مهرآباد پيش‌بيني نمود. كمترين ريسك وقوع تصادف را مي‌توان در معابر بخش محلات شادقلي، شهرك فاطميه، محمّدآباد و قلعه كامكار را مشاهده نمود.

Annually, a million and 250 thousand people die in road accidents worldwide. In Iran, this figure is about 30 thousand people a year. Achieving safe travel, along with adequate knowledge of the factors affecting the occurrence of accidents, as well as the achievement of correct safety models with high predictive power, are always among the main concerns of civil, transport, traffic and ... The long-term transportation planning process has been. The present study aimed to determine the points of accident risk in the 2nd and 6th district of Qom. The present research is an applied research and is of descriptive-analytical nature. According to the analysis of the research criteria, the passages of Shah Ebrahim neighborhoods (the intersection of Shah Ibrahim and Ayatollah Kashani), the power station neighborhood (junction of Jawad Alayma - twenty meter riders, Ayatollah Kashani, Motahari Ave, Tohid Avenue), Ali Alley Ábad Sadogan (Imam Street) has the highest risk in terms of accident risk. The average risk of accident occurrence can be anticipated in Aminabad, Shaikhabad, Imam Hussein, Shariati Gardens, and Mehrabad neighborhoods. The least risk of accident occurrence can be seen in the passages of Shadqli District, Fatemiyeh, Mohammad Abad and Kamkaar castles.
