چكيده فارسي :
خلاﻗﯿﺖ ﺳﻨﮓﺑﻨﺎي ﻧﻮآوري، و ﻧﻮآوري ﭘﯿﺶﻓﺮض رﺷﺪ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽﺷﻮد .درك اﯾﻦ واﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺂن ﻫﺎ را ﺑﺮ آن داﺷﺘﻪ ﺗﺎ ﺑﺴﺘﺮ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ ﺑﺮاي رﺷﺪ روز اﻓﺰون ﺗﻔﮑﺮ ﺧﻼق و زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺳﺎزي ﺑﺮوز آن ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﺳﺎزﻧﺪ. در اﯾـﻦ ﺷـﺮايط ﭘﺎركﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻢ و ﻓﻨﺎوري ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر روز اﻓﺰوﻧﯽ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺮآن اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ ﺑـه ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺧﻼﻗﯿـﺖ و ﻧـﻮآوري ﺑﭙـﺮدازد. دو ﻣﺘﻐﯿـﺮ اﻗـﺪاﻣﺎت ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨـﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴـﺎﻧﯽ و ﺳـﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ را در ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ آﻣـﺎري ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ اﻋﻀـﺎء ﺷـﺮﮐﺖﻫـﺎي ﻣﺴـﺘﻘﺮ در ﭘﺎرك ﻋﻠﻢ و ﻓﻨﺎوري اﺳﺘﺎن ﻗﻢ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ درﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ، دادهﻫﺎ از 78 ﮐﺎرﻣﻨﺪ ﻓﻌـﺎل در ﺷـﺮﮐﺖ ﻫـﺎي ﻣﺴـﺘﻘﺮدر ﭘـﺎرك ﺑـﺮ اﺳﺎس ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺟﻤﻊآوري و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻌـﺎدﻻت ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﺎري (PLS) ﺗﺤﻠﯿـﻞ ﺷـﺪﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﮐـﻪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨـﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺮ اﻗﺪاﻣﺎت ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺷﮑﻞﮔﯿﺮي ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ در ﺷـﺮﮐﺖ ﻫـﺎ ﺷـﺪه و ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺮ ﻇﻬﻮر ﺧﻼﻗﯿﺖ و ﻧﻮآوري ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﻮده در ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺟﺰﺋﯽﺗﺮ، ﯾﺎﻓﺘـﻪ ﻫـﺎ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﮐـﻪ ﺗﻨﻬـﺎ اﻗـﺪاﻣﺎت ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و آﻣﻮزش ﺑﺮ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﻮد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ از ﻣﯿﺎن ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪﻫﺎ، 2 ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻓﺮﻋﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺗـﺄﺛﯿﺮ مدﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و ﺟﺒﺮان ﺧﺪﻣﺎت را ﺑﺮ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﯽﺳﻨﺠﯿﺪﻧﺪ، رد ﺷﺪﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Creativity as the cornerstone of innovation and Innovation is considered default economic growth. By Understanding this, governments have been impelled to provide a suitable base for increasing growth of creative thinking and for its implementation. In this situation, Science and Technology Parks are increasingly catching attentions. Due to recent economy changes of our country and emphasizes on economy utility based on knowledge in order to saving underground storages for next generations and developing, paying attention these parks is one of the main issues. So, this research is going to study the effect of organizational culture as an important variable on creativity and innovation. we consider variables of human resources Management Practice and Social capital as mediator variables. The research's statistical society is the members of established companies in Qom Science and Technology Park that we selected 85 of members on availability basis as our sample. In sum, the number of gathered questionnaires was 78. In order to analyzing the data, our research conceptual model was processed by Warp PLS through structural equation modeling. According to results, organizational culture is the reason of social capital formation in companies through having influence on human resources Management Practice and social capital have effect on creativity and innovation emersion. In more detailed analysis, results showed that only practices related to selection have affected social capital. So, 2 of subsidiary hypothesizes that measured impacts of performance management and Compensation on social capital, were rejected.
