ارزيابي قلمرو فعاليت شركت‌هاي حوزه نفت و گاز بر شاخص‌هاي كلان آمادگي پذيرش فناوري بلاكچين

Assessment of the scope of oil and gas companies' activities based on their readiness to accept blockchain technology

تغيير و تحول ناشي از بلاكچين نيازمند آمادگي است و اين آمادگي مي‌تواند شرايط پذيرش و پياده‌سازي بلاكچين را تسهيل نمايد. فناوري بلاكچين در حوزه­هاي متنوعي كاربرد دارد و بدون بررسي آمادگي بخش­هاي مختلف يك صنعت براي استقبال از بلاكچين، نمي­توان انتظار داشت كه صنعت، پاسخ خوب يا مناسبي از اجراي طرح‌هاي بلاكچين بگيرد. آمادگي پذيرش شامل مجموعه­اي از معيارهاي سازماني و مديريتي است. از همين رو مسئله اصلي پژوهش حاضر چنين مطرح شد كه چه چارچوبي براي آمادگي حوزه‌هاي مختلف براي پذيرش بلاكچين مي‌توان طراحي نمود تا بر اساس آن فعاليت شركت‌ها در نفت و گاز مورد ارزيابي قرار گيرد؟ در اين پژوهش بررسي مفهوم بلاكچين و استخراج چارچوبي براي سنجش آمادگي براي پذيرش بلاكچين پرداخته شده است. سپس حوزه فعاليت شركت‌ها در بخش نفت و گاز شناسايي شدند و اين حوزه‌ها بر اساس شاخص‌هاي آمادگي پذيرش بلاكچين مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفتند. روش پژوهش كاربردي و توصيفي بوده و از نظرات 15 نفر از خبرگان براي مقايسات زوجي و ارزيابي آمادگي حوزه‌هاي فعاليت شركت‌ها در بخش نفت و گاز استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده، حوزه تجارت انرژي در سطح فروش به ساير شركت‌هاي همكار داراي بيشترين آمادگي براي پذيرش بلاكچين است. پس از آن تجارت انرژي در سطح فروش به مشتري در جايگاه دوم قرار دارد. در جايگاه سوم نيز توسعه و طراحي برنامه‌هاي كاربردي در حوزه انرژي مبتني بر خدمات بلاكچين جاي دارد.

Changing caused by blockchain requires preparation, and this preparation can facilitate the conditions for acceptance and implementation of blockchain. Without examining the readiness of the industry to embrace blockchain, cannot expect the various areas of activity in the energy industry to receive a good or appropriate response from the implementation of blockchain schemes. Therefore, the main question of this study was to determine what framework could be devised for preparing different domains for acceptance of blockchain in order to evaluate the activity of oil and gas companies? This study investigates the concept of blockchain and derives a framework for measuring readiness for blockchain acceptance. Then the field of activity of the companies in the oil and gas sector was identified and these areas were evaluated on the basis of blockchain readiness indicators. The research method is descriptive and applied and the opinions of 15 experts were used for pairwise comparisons and assessing the readiness of companies in the oil and gas sector. Based on the results, the energy trading area at the level of sales to other partner companies is most likely to accept blockchain. After that, the energy trade comes second in sales to the customer. In third place is the development and design of applications in the field of blockchain-based energy services.
