ﻣﺮوري ﺑﺮ ﺗﺎﻛﺴﻮﻧﻮﻣﻲ ﺟﻨﺲDactylis L. در اﻳﺮان

A taxonomic revision of genus Dactylis in Iran

اين مطالعه به بررسي تاكسونومي جنسDactylis در ايران مي پردازد. اين جنس چندساله، باد گرده افشان، برون زادگير و متعلق به قبيله poeae ، زيرخانواده pooidea و خانواده poaceae است تا به امروز مطالعات دقيقي در ايران در مورد Dactylis صورت نگرفته است. بنابراين مطالعه و ارزيابي وضعيت مورفولوژيك، زيستگاهي، كاريوتيپي و تنوع ژنتيكي اين جنس مهم است. در مجموع تعداد 58 جمعيت با استفاده از 62 صفت كيفي و كمي تجزيه و تحليل شد. اين جنس در ايران از تنوع ريخت شناسي بالايي برخوردار است. به منظور تعيين روابط درون گونه اي، از تحليل خوشه اي با استفاده از ضريب Simple matching بهره گرفته شد. نتايج حاصل از تحليل خوشه اي، حاكي از وجود تنوع در بين جمعيت هاي اين جنس است, تغييرپذيري ريخت شناسي وسيع در اين گونه ناشي از دورگ گيري هاي فراوان بين زيرگونه ها و وقوع برون زاد گيري و جريان ژني بين جمعيت ها، سازگاري هاي زيست محيطي و تاثير عوامل محيطي باشد . به طور كلي براساس مشاهدات حاصل از بررسي هاي صفات ريخت شناسي و بررسي سيتولوژي جنس Dactylis با يك گونهD. glomerata و دو زيرگونه D.glomerata subsp glomerata. و D.glomerata subsp.hispanica. واجد سطح تتراپلوييد و عدد كروموزومي 2n=4x=28در ايران حضور دارد.

In this research, the taxonomic status of the genus dactylis in Iran has been briefly reviewed. the genus is a perennial , pollinator , retriever and belongs to the family poacea , subfamily pooidea and tribe poeae. To date , there has not been a deteailed taxonomic study of dactylis in iran Therefor, studing and evaluating, morphological , habitat, karyotypic and genetic variation of this genus is important. In total, 58 acceasaation of dactyis by using 62 qualitative and quantitative traits were analyzed. In order to determine the intra specefic relationship, cluster analysis was used with the simple matching method. The results of cluster analysis indicate diversity among the population of this genus. The variability of the wide morphology in this species is due to the larg number of inbreed between the subspecies , the occurrence of extravasation and the gene flow between population, compatibility and impact of ecological factors. In general , based on results of morphological and cytological characters suggested that the genus dactylis with a species D. glomerata L. and two subspecies D.glomerata subsp glomerata L. , D.glomerata subsp hispanica (Roth.) Nym. and tetraploid level a chromosomal number 2n=4x= 28 was present in iran.
