The Impact Of Change Management and Information Technology on Performance of the Iranian Football Premier League Judges

ﻫﺪف از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داوران ﻟﯿﮓ ﺑﺮﺗﺮ ﻓﻮﺗﺒﺎل اﯾﺮان و اراﺋﮥ اﻟﮕﻮ ﺑﻮد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 200 داور در ﺣﺎل ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ در ﺳﻄﺢ اول ﻓﻮﺗﺒﺎل ﮐﺸﻮر در ﺳﺎل 1396 ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت ﺗﻤﺎمﺷﻤﺎر اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي آﻣﺎدﮔﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ، ﭘﺬﯾﺮش ﻓﻨﺎوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت )ﻣﺤﻘﻖﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ( و ﺑﺮﮔﮥ ﻧﻈﺎرت و ارزﺷﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داوران ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﻧﺪازهﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮه و ﻣﺪﻟﺴﺎزي ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ و اراﺋﮥ اﻟﮕﻮ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار SPSS و Amos اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري 0/05

The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of change management and the use of information technology on performance of the Iranian Football Premier League judges and developing of the model. The method of this research was descriptive correlational. The statistical population consisted of 200 judges who worked in the first level of football in Iran in 2017 The sample was equal to the population (census sampling method). The readiness for change Questionnaire, the acceptance of information technology (A researcher made questionnaire) and the sheet of monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the judges were used to collect data.
