زمينه وهدف: گسترش ابزارهاي ارتباطي و امكان برقراري ارتباط با كمترين هزينه، با ساير نقاط جهان، از يك سو فرصتي بي نظير به شمار آمده و از سوي ديگر، تهديد هايي را براي امنيت اقتصادي، فرهنگي، سياسي انسان ها موجب شده است. يكي از مهم ترين اين تهديدها، تولد و گسترش قابل توجه پديده اي به نام جرايم سايبري است. جرايمي كه در مقايسه با جرايم سنتي، هر روز قربانيان بيش تري از بشريت گرفته و نيز روش هاي سنتي مبارزه با جرايم در خصوص آنها كارگشا نيست.تحقيق حاضر به بررسي نقش نهاد پليس در كنار ساير عوامل محدود كننده اين جرايم از جمله اسناد،قوانين وكنوانسيون هاي بين المللي در پيشگيري از اين جرايم مي پردازد. روش تحقيق: روش مورد استفاده در تحقيق حاضر، توصيفي و از نظر هدف، تحليلي مي‌باشد(كتابخانه‌هاي مركزي، سايت‌هاي علمي معتبر نظير سايت جهاد دانشگاهي، ساينس دايركت و...) . يافته ها ونتيجه گيري: در سال هاي اخير،كشور هاي پيشرو در امر مبارزه و پيشگيري از جرايم سايبري ،اقدامات پيشگيرانه موثري در جهت مبارزه با اين پديده در بستر اينترنت داشته اند.نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران نيز، با درك مسئله وجود بحران در فضاي سايبر اقدامات موثري در جهت پيشگيري از وقوع جرايم رايانه اي داشته است كه بازتاب رواني و رسانه اي گسترده اي در پي داشته است.با اين وجود به نظر مي رسد مي بايست نوعي تبادل اطلاعات،انتقال تجربيات ويكسان سازي اقدامات پيشگيرانه با توجه به شرايط اجتماعي و فرهنگي كشور هاي پيشرو در امر مبارزه با جرايم سايبري صورت گيرد.

Background and Aim: The expansion of communication tools and the possibility of communicating at the lowest cost with other parts of the world, on the one hand, is a unique opportunity and on the other hand, has posed threats to the economic, cultural and political security of human beings. One of the most important of these threats is the birth and significant spread of a phenomenon called cybercrime. Crimes that, compared to traditional crimes, are taking more victims from humanity every day, as well as traditional methods of combating crime, do not work for them. The present study examines the role of the police institution along with other limiting factors of these crimes, including documents, laws. an‎d international conventions on the prevention of these crimes. Research method: The method used in the present study is descriptive and analytical in terms of purpose (central libraries, reputable scientific sites such as the University Jihad site, Science Direct, etc.). Findings and Conclusion: In recent years, leading countries in the fight against and prevention of cybercrime have taken effective preventive measures to combat this phenomenon on the Internet. The law enforcement agencies of the Islamic Republic of Iran, realizing the crisis in Cyberspace has taken effective measures to prevent the occurrence of cybercrime, which has led to widespread psychological and media repercussions. Social and cultural development of leading countries in the fight against cybercrime.
