چكيده فارسي :
موازين كيفري حقوق هسته‌اي در چارچوب ساختار كيفري به عنوان گروهي از قواعد كه در سطح ملي، منطقه اي يا بين‌المللي به كار بسته مي‌شوند تا شيوه هاي مرتبط با انرژي هسته اي يا راديواكتيو را جرم‌انگاري كنند يا دولت‌ها ملزم به جرم انگاري آنها نمايند، و مي توانند به استناد ماهيت فوق العاده خطرناك ذاتي انرژي هسته‌اي يا راديواكتيو از ساير مقرره‌هاي مربوط به شيوه هاي مشابه متمايز شوند. سوالي كه در اينجا پيش مي آيد اين است كه: آيا در نظام بين المللي كنوني حقوق كيفري هسته اي توسط كشور جرم انگاري شده اند و تا چه ميزان موازين كيفري حقوق هسته اي در اسناد بين المللي بازتاب يافته است؟ اين مقاله سعي بر آن دارد تا موازين كيفري حقوق هسته‌اي در سطوح بين‌المللي شامل كنوانسيون حفاظت فيزيكي از ماده هسته‌اي، كنوانسيون بين‌المللي سركوب تروريسم هسته‌اي و قطعنامه‌هاي شوراي امنيت ملل متحد را تحت سنجش و ارزيابي قرار دهد.

Penal Code Penalties within the framework of criminal law as a group of rules applied at national, regional or international level to counteract nuclear-related or radioactive energy-related practices or governments requiring them to be criminally liable. Can be distinguished from other rules of the same manner based on the extremely dangerous nature inherent in nuclear or radioactive energy. The paper seeks to assess international standards for the criminalization of nuclear rights at the international level, including the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material, the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorism, and the UN Security Council resolutions.
