ارزيابي مدل رابطه‌ي عذرخواهي و كيفّيت روابط زناشويي با ميانجي‌گري همدلي زناشويي و بخشش عاطفي

Evaluating the model investigating the relationship between apology and the marital relationships quality: the mediating of marital empathy and emotional forgiveness

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزيابي مدل رابطه­ي عذرخواهي و كيفّيت روابط زناشويي با ميانجي­گري همدلي زناشويي و بخشش عاطفي در يك طرح هم­بستگي از نوع مدل­يابي معادلات ساختاري انجام گرفت. 231 زن و مرد متأهل از ميان كليه­ي زنان و مردان متأهل شهر شهركرد به روش نمونه­گيري تصادفي چندمرحله‌اي و بر اساس ملاك­هاي ورود و خروج از نواحي دو­گانه­ي شهرداري اين شهرستان انتخاب شدند و به پرسش­نامه­ي كيفّيت روابط زناشويي (QMI)، مقياس بخشش عاطفي (EFS)، پرسش­نامه­ي صفات همدلي باتسون (BEA) و مقياس مؤلفّه­هاي عذرخواهي (ACS) پاسخ دادند. داده­ها به روش­هاي آماري ضريب هم­بستگي پيرسون و تحليل معادلات ساختاري و نرم‌افزارهاي SPSS-23 و AMOS تحليل شدند. نتايج نشان داد كه مدل ساختاري ارزيابي شده از شاحض­هاي برازندگي خوبي برخوردار است و متغير عذرخواهي به صورت مستقيم و غيرمستقيم با نقش واسطه­اي بخشش عاطفي و همدلي زناشويي بر كيفّيت روابط زناشويي تأثير دارد. بر اساس يافته­هاي اين پژوهش مي­توان نتيجه گرفت عذرخواهي نقش عمده­اي در كيفّيت روابط زناشويي به واسطه­ي بخشش عاطفي و همدلي زناشويي دارد.

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the model of relationship between apology and the marital relationships quality mediating emotional forgiveness and marital empathy in a correlational design (i.e., structural equation modeling). 231 married males and females were selected among all married males and females in Shahrekord city using multi-stage random sampling method, and according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. They responded to Quality of Marital Index (QMI), Emotional Forgiveness Scale (EFS), Batson Empathy Adjectives (BEA), and Apology Components Scale (ACS). The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equations analysis, and by SPSS (version 23) and AMOS statistical software's. The results showed that evaluated structural model had good fit. The apology directly and indirectly (with mediating emotional forgiveness and marital empathy) affected the marital relationships quality. Thus, could be concluded that apology had a major role in the marital relationships quality through emotional forgiveness and marital empathy.
