Jurisprudential study of the duty of the Islamic government in the moral education of society

تربيت اسلامي ساحت‌هاي مختلفي دارد و تربيت اخلاقي يكي از مهمترين اين ساحت‌ها است كه جامعه را با وظايف و تكاليف اخلاقي آشنا كرده و آنان را متعهد به انجام آن مي‌نمايد. آن چه اهميت دارد اين است كه بدانيم مسئوليت تربيت اخلاقي جامعه بر عهده كيست ؟ و حكم فقهي آن چيست؟ اين پژوهش در قالب روش توصيفي، تحليلي و اجتهادي با محوريت آيات و روايات به بازخوانى وظايف حكومت اسلامي در قِبال تربيت اخلاقي جامعه بي پردازد و براساس روش شناسى فقهى، ميزان و جزئيات وظيفه مندى حكومت اسلامي را در تربيت اخلاقي جامعه را روشن نمايد. با طرح ادله مانند آيات، روايات، عقل، سيره و قواعد عامه، به بررسي وظيفه حكومت اسلامي در تربيت اخلاقى جامعه پرداخته است و پس از بررسى ادله توانسته، وظيفهاى الزامى حكومت اسلامي را در تربيت اخلاقى جامعه، اثبات كند و هم چنين اگر مقدمات و زمينه سازي‌هايي براي انجام « تربيت اخلاقي جامعه » قلمداد شوند انجام آن ها نيز بر حكومت اسلامي وظيفهاى الزامى خواهد بود.

Islamic education has different fields and moral education is one of the most important fields that acquaints the society with moral duties and obliges them to perform it. What is important is to know who is responsible for the moral education of society? an‎d what is its jurisprudential ruling? This research in the form of descriptive, analytical and ijtihad method with the focus on verses and hadiths to re-read the duties of the Islamic government in relation to the moral education of society and based on jurisprudential methodology, to clarify the extent and details of the Islamic government's duty in moral education of society . By presenting evidences such as verses, narrations, intellect, manners and public rules, he has dealt with the "duty of the Islamic government in the moral education of society" and after examining the evidence, has been able to prove an obligatory duty of the Islamic government in the moral education of society.
