Data mining of road accidents northwest of Tehran

هدف اين تحقيق، تحليل داده‌هاي تصادفات جاده‌اي براي بررسي علل موثر بر تصادفات جاده‌اي است تا عوامل اصلي تاثيرگذار در بروز آنها تعيين و هم‌بستگي برخي از عوامل اصلي بررسي شود. اين تحقيق از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و از لحاظ زمان، سال‌هاي 1394-1398 است. روش تحقيق استفاده شده، پيمايشي- توصيفي است. گردآوري داده‌ها از بانك داده‌هاي پليس راهور در جاده‌هاي شمالي اطراف پايتخت (تهران) و مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي است؛ داده‌ها به‌وسيله نرم‌افزار داده‌كاوي تبليو، اكسل و SPSS تحليل شده‌اند. مهم‌ترين و پرتعدادترين علت تامه تصادفات جاده‌اي طي سال‌هاي مورد بررسي عدم توجه به جلو بوده است و با فاصله زياد از آن، عواملي چون انحراف به چپ، سرعت غيرمجاز، عدم رعايت حق‌تقدم و تغيير مسير ناگهاني به‌ترتيب مطرح هستند. دومين حجم عمده عوامل تاثيرگذار استخراج‌شده از گزارش پليس راهور در تصادفات جاده‌اي، نوع معابر بودند و كمترين حجم موثر مربوط به عواملي چون جنسيت، تاريخ و زمان تصادفات است. در سطح معناداري 95درصد، آزمون تي، بين نوع معبر و نوع تصادفات رابطه معناداري وجود دارد، ميانگين و درصد تصادفات در هر يك از معابر نشان مي‌دهد كه نوع معبر در افزايش و شدت تصادفات موثر است. در سطح اطمينان 95درصد نشان داد كه بين نوع معبر و شرايط جوي ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد، اما بين شرايط جوي و وقوع تصادفات ارتباط معناداري وجود ندارد. آزمون تي‌نان پارامتريك براي دو متغير اصلي نوع تصادفات و شرايط جوي، در سطح معناداري 95 درصد معنادار بود. اصلي‌ترين علت تصادفات جاده‌اي عامل انساني و عدم توجه به جلو است، ولي شرايط جوي به‌عنوان عامل اصلي وقوع تصادفات مطرح نيستند ولي تشديد تصادفات را در پي خواهند داشت و معابر راه‌ها در وقوع تصادفات و شدت آنها موثر هستند.

The purpose: investigating the causes of road accidents in order to determine the main factors affecting their occurrence and to examine the correlation of some of the main factors.Research questions:What are the main causes of road accidents in Iran?Do weather conditions play a major role in road accidents?Do the types of roads and roads play a significant role in road accidents?And three hypotheses:there is a significant relationship between road type and road accidents.There is a significant relationship between the type of roads and weather conditions in the occurrence of road accidents.There is a significant relationship between weather conditions and the type of accidents.This research is applied in terms of cross-sectional time (2015-2019).Method was used descriptive-analytical.Data was collected from traffic police database on the roads northwest of around the capital (Tehran) and library studies, and the data are analyzed by Tableau,Excel,SPSS soft wares. Findings:The most important and numerous cause of all road accidents was Lack of attention to the front; H0 All hypotheses were confirmed and only the relationship between the occurrence of accidents and weather conditions was not significant, but weather conditions were highly effective in accidents..results: main cause of road accidents was the human factor and lack of attention to the front, but weather conditions and roads type were second main factors of road accidents which are environmental factors, but base on the results weather condition was not the main cause of roads accidents but would intensify roads accidents, and was effective in the occurrence severity of road accidents.
