ظرفيت زيارت اربعين( به عنوان يك حق اسلامي بشر) در تحقق صلح

زيارت امكان مقدس در اديان، جايگاه ويژه دارد. زيارت نيز در دين اسلام مورد توجه واقع شده است. زيارت اربعين جزء حقوق اسلامي بشر به حساب مي آيد. در دو دهه اخير، زيارت قبر امام حسين و زيارت اربعين با رونق فراواني مواجه شده است. اين پژوهش سعي كرده است با روش توصيفي تحليلي، به رابطه زيارت اربعين به عنوان يك حق بشري و اسلامي با ايجاد و استمرار صلح و امنيت به بپردازد. يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش عبارتند از اين كه زيارت اربعين در كنار آثار معنوي و تربيتي، زيارت اربعين باعث ايجاد همدلي و دوستي بين زائران اربعين با مليت‌هاي مختلف شده است. زيارت اربعين باعث صيانت از امكان مقدسه عراق شده است. همچنين زيارت اربعين در دل خود باعث ايجاد امنيت شده است. موجب ايجاد و تقويت صلح و دوستي در منطقه شده است. اين پژوهش به اين نتيجه رسيده است كه زيارت اربعين جز حقوق اسلامي بشر در راستاي صلح و انسانيت است كه دولتها بايستي اين حق را محترم بشمارند و بستر اجراي آن را فراهم آورند.

Pilgrimage of sacred places has a special position among different religions. Pilgrimage has also been considered in Islam. Arbaeen pilgrimage is considered a part of Islamic human rights. In the last two decades, the pilgrimage of the grave of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h) and the pilgrimage of Arbaeen ceremony have burgeoned. This research has used analytical descriptive method to study relationship between Arbaeen pilgrimage as a Islamic human right with the establishment and maintenance of peace and security. The findings of this study are Along with spiritual and educational effects, the Arbaeen pilgrimage has caused empathy and friendship between the Arbaeen pilgrims with different nationalities. The Arbaeen pilgrimage has recovered Iraq's sacred places. Also, the Arbaeen pilgrimage has created security. The Arbaeen pilgrimage has created and strengthened peace and friendship in the region as well. This study has concluded that Arbaeen pilgrimage is an Islamic human rights in the direction of peace and humanity that states should respect this right and provide the basis for its implementation.
