Role of the project management to improve the construction process in the Caspian Sea coast according to the PMBOK standard

براي موفقيت پروژه هاي ساختماني، علاوه بر توجه به استانداردهاي فني و مهندسي، بايستي به استانداردهاي موجود در زمينه مديريت پروژه و مدل هاي ارزيابي نيز توجه جدي شود. احساس نياز به ارتقاء و بهبود زيرساخت ها، روند رو به رشد پروژه هاي عمراني در كشور را به همراه مي آورد. امروزه پروژه هاي عمراني زيادي در جهت پاسخ به اين نياز حياتي كشور تعريف شده و به مرحله اجرا در مي آيند. به همين دليل جايگاه مديريت پروژه نقش اساسي را در به انجام رسيدن و موفقيت پروژه بازي خواهد كرد. بر اين اساس در مطالعه حاضر به تحليل عملكرد مديريت پروژه ها بر اساس استاندارد پيكره دانش مديريت پروژه (PMBOK) در ساخت و ساز هاي نوار ساحلي درياي خزر پرداخته شده است. دراين راستا ابتدا مباني نظري مديريت پروژه و استاندارد PMBOK ارائه گرديد. سپس با تهيه پرسشنامه از كارشناسان فني در امر ساخت خواسته شد تا بر اساس ميزان اهميت به هريك از پرسش ها نمره مشخصي دهند. پس از جمع آوري چك ليست و اطلاعات لازم، معيارهاي10گانه استاندارد PMBOK براساس نظر كارشناسان عمران مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. در انتها افراد و شركت هاي ساخت و ساز منطقه نوار ساحلي درياي خزر به عنوان يك نمونه، مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت و مشخص گرديد كه مديريت گستره پروژه و مديريت تداركات پروژه بالاترين رتبه را در ميان حوزه ها دارا هستند. بدين معني كه به كارگيري دانش مديريت پروژه در اين حوزه ها، داراي بيشترين تاثير بوده و اين در حالي است كه مديريت كيفيت پروژه و مديريت زمان پروژه ازكمترين رتبه برخوردار مي باشند. به اين معنا كه به كارگيري دانش مديريت پروژه در اين حوزه ها، تاثير كمتري نسبت به ساير حوزه ها داشته و در مجموع كل حوزه هاي دانش، با دريافت امتياز 56 از 100، داراي سيستم مديريت پروژه متوسطي مي باشد.

Proper management of construction projects is important to the success of these projects. Therefore, in order to succeed in construction projects attention should be paid to standards of project management and assessment models in addition to meeting technical and engineering standards. A sense of the need to upgrade and improve the infrastructure brings about the growing trend of development projects in the country. Today, many construction projects have been defined and implemented to meet this vital need of the country. For this reason, the project management will play a key role in the success of the project. Accordingly, in the present study, an analysis of performance of the project management is administered according to the PMBOK standard in the Caspian coastal strip construction. In this regard, first, the theoretical bases of project management and PMBOK standard were presented. Then a questionnaire was distributed to technical construction experts who were asked to give a certain score, based on the importance of each question. After collecting the checklist and necessary information, the ten standard PMBOK criteria were assessed and analyzed by the experts. In the end, individuals and construction companies in the Caspian Sea coastal zone were sampled as an example, and it was found that project scope management and project procurement management were the highest rating among the elements. This means that the use of project management knowledge in these areas has had the greatest impact, while project time management and project quality management are of the lowest priority, so, the use of knowledge in project management in these areas has had less impact than other areas. In sum, the whole fields of knowledge, with a score of 56 of 100, have a modest project management system.
