چكيده فارسي :
آيت الله العظمي سيد علي خامنه اي رهبر معظم انقلاب در بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي ضمن مروري به تجربه 40ساله انقلاب، با اشاره به گام دوم انقلاب، سرفصل‌ها و توصيه‌هاي اساسي را در بخش‌هايي چون علم و پژوهش، معنويت و اخلاق، اقتصاد، عدالت و مبارزه با فساد، استقلال و آزادي، عزت ملي و روابط خارجي و مرزبندي با دشمن، سبك زندگي مطرح مي‌كنند اما پيش از اين سرفصل‌ها يكي از نكاتي را كه بدان اشاره و خاطرنشان مي‌كنند موضوع سياست تبليغي و رسانه‌اي و محاصره تبليغاتي دشمن است كه بدون توجه به آن ها تحقق گام‌ها انقلاب امكان‌پذير نيست. نوشتار توصيفي – تحليلي حاضر تلاش دارد با توجه به تأكيدات رهبري نشان دهد كه ابزارهاي رسانه‌اي پيشرفته و فراگير، امكان بسيار خطرناكي در اختيار كانون هاي ضدّ معنويّت و ضدّ اخلاق نهاده است و هم‌اكنون تهاجم روزافزون رسانه اي دشمنان به سمت جوانان و نوجوانان و حتّي نونهالان به چشم مي آيد. نتايج و يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد كه با توجه به تأكيدات مقام معظم رهبري توجه به سياست گذاري رسانه اي ميتني بر مهارت انتقادي به عنوان يكي از بخش‌هاي سواد رسانه‌اي ضمن فراهم ساختن شكست محاصره تبليغاتي نظام سلطه تسهيل كننده تحقق فصول بيانيه گام دوم به مثابه منشوري براي «دومين مرحله‌ي خودسازي، جامعه‌پردازي و تمدن‌سازي» انقلاب اسلامي خواهد بود.
