چكيده فارسي :
هدف اين پژوهش بررسي تحولات رشته مديريت آموزشي بود. ميدان تحقيق اعضاي هيات علمي رشته مديريت آموزشيست كه پس از مصاحبه با 10 نفر اشباع نظري حاصل گرديد. روش تحقيق كيفي و از نوع پديدار شناسي و ابزار جمع آوري داده ها، مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته بود و روش تحليل داده ها تحليل مضمون مي باشد. حاصل آن شناسايي 227 مفهوم اوليه، 45 مضمون و 25 كد اصلي است. يافته هاي تحقيق در حوزه ضعف ها و چالش ها بر نبود سند چشم انداز و بيانيه ماموريت جامع و يكپارچه رشته مديريت آموزشي در آموزش عالي ، ضعف در ساختار، محتوا و روشهاي اين رشته، آينده شغلي نامعلوم دانش آموختگان در حوزه آموزش و پرورش، رشته هاي جديد و مشابه به عنوان رقيب و نبود تعامل و مشاركت فعالانه بين وزارت علوم و آموزش و پرورش و وزارت علوم براي بهره گيري از ظرفيتهاي رشته مديريت آموزشي اشاره دارد. نقاط قوت و فرصتها نيز بر ماهيت ميان رشته اي ،كاربردي بودن و جامعيت اين رشته و فرصتهاي كار آفريني و مطالعاتي فراوان در اين حوزه دلالت مي نمايد. لذا تعداد 18 راهبرد شامل راهبرد هاي SO (تهاجمي) راهبردهاي WO ( انطباقي)، راهبردهاي ST (اقتضايي) و راهبردهاي WT(دفاعي) تعيين گرديد .

The purpose of this study is to study the development of educational administration. The statistical population of this study was educational administration faculty members who were interviewed after 10 theoretical saturation. A qualitative and phenomenological research method was used in semi-structured interviews to identify 227 basic concepts, 45 themes and 25 main codes. Research Findings on Weaknesses and Challenges on Lack of Vision and Statement of Comprehensive and Integrated Educational administration Mission in Higher Education, Weaknesses in the Structure, Content and Methods of this Field, Uncertain Future of Education Graduates, New Fields an‎d similarly refers to the rivalry and the lack of active engagement between the Ministry of Science and Education to exploit the capacities of educational management. In the area of strengths and opportunities, some findings also indicate the interdisciplinary nature, applicability and comprehensiveness of the field, and the many entrepreneurial and research opportunities in this field. Thus, 18 strategies include WO strategies (SO). (Adaptive), ST (contingent) and WT (defensive) strategies were determined.
