ارتباط بين ميزان كاربست شاخص‌هاي تكنولوژي اطلاعات و ارتباطات با مولفه‌هاي توانمندسازي دبيران ورزش در وزارت آموزش و پرورش

The relationship between the use of ICT indicators and empowerment components in sport teachers of the Ministry of Education

سازمان‌هاي آموزشي كشور متناسب با رشد تكنولوژي اطلاعات و ارتباطات، نيازمند دگرگوني‌هايي در فعاليت‌هاي توانمندسازي نيروي انساني خود مي‌باشند؛ پژوهش حاضر نيز با هدف ارتباط بين ميزان كاربست شاخص‌هاي تكنولوژي اطلاعات و ارتباطات با مولفه‌هاي توانمندسازي دبيران ورزش در وزارت آموزش و پرورش انجام شد. تحقيق حاضر از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي و از حيث ماهيت و روش تحقيق، توصيفي از نوع همبستگي مي‌باشد، جامعه آماري را 118 دبير ورزش در آموزش و پرورش استان گيلان تشكيل دادند. از دو پرسشنامه تركيبي معتبر، تكنولوژي اطلاعات و ارتباطات و سنجش مولفه‌هاي توانمندسازي با ضريب آلفاي بالاي 0/90 استفاده شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها، از روش‌هاي آماري K-Sو آزمون همبستگي پيرسون و اسپيرمن براي تعيين ارتباط متغيرها استفاده گرديد. خروجي داده‌هاي بدست آمده نشان داد كه (49/69 درصد) را مردان و (51/30درصد) را زنان در اين تحقيق تشكيل دادند و مولفه مسئوليت پذيري و خودمختاري به ترتيب با (811/4) و (791/3) داراي بيشترين و كمترين ميانگين در بين متغيرها بودند. با توجه به نتايج تحقيق، تكنولوژي‌هاي اطلاعات و ارتباطات در توانمند نمودن معلمان ورزش نقش مهمي مي‌تواند ايفا نمايند و استفاده از كلاس‌هاي آموزشي توانمندسازي براي حيات مراكز آموزشي امري بديهي به نظر مي‌رسد.

Educational organizations of the country need changes in their human resources activities in accordance with the growth of information and communication technology. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the use of ICT indicators and empowerment components in sport teachers of the Ministry of Education. This study was an applied and descriptive-correlational research. The statistical population of this study was 118 sport teachers in the Ministry of Education of Guilan province. The instrument of this study were two valid combined questionnaires (information and communication technology and empowerment components) with an alpha coefficient above 0.90. The collected data were analyzed by K-S tests and Pearson and Spearman Correlation Coefficient. The results showed that 69.49% of subjects were men and 30.51% of them were women in this study and responsibility and autonomy components with (4.811) and (3.791) had the highest and the lowest mean among the variables. According to the study findings, information and communication technology can play an important role in sports teachers’ empowerment and the use of empowerment training classes for the rehabilitation of educational centers seems obvious.
