ابعاد سواد انقلاب اسلامي براي مديران در منظومه فكري مقام معظم رهبري

Dimensions of Islamic Revolution literacy for managers In the intellectual system of the Supreme Leader

انقلاب اسلامي داراي جايگاه والا با اهداف مشخص در تداوم انقلاب حضرت خاتم در نظام الهي است و نقش خواص و كارگزاران آن، منطبق با جريان نظام مند اين مسير است. و از آنجاكه مديران در رأس امور به عنوان الگوي پيش روي مردم تأثيري عميق در فرآيند فرهنگ سازي رفتاري مردم دارند، بايد از دانش كافي براي مقابله با تهديدات برخوردار بوده كه شناخت سواد انقلاب اسلامي به عنوان شاخص اين مهم را ميسر خواهد نمود. سواد انقلاب اسلامي عامل افزايش آگاهي، شناخت و شكل دهي فرايند ذهني و باور مديران براي دريافت درك عميقي از انقلاب و مهارت هاي مانايي در آن است. پژوهش حاضر كه از نوع بنيادي و توصيفي- اكتشافي است از راهبرد «نظريه پردازي داده بنياد» در مطالعات علوم انساني، از مجموعه ي بيانات رهبر معظم انقلاب ، به دنبال پاسخ به اين سؤال اساسي است كه «سواد انقلاب اسلامي» براي مديران از نگاه مقام معظم رهبري داراي چه ابعادي است؟ بدين منظور بيانات معظم له طي سال هاي 1368 تا 1398 به صورت تمام خواني تا رسيدن به اشباع، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. هم زمان با جمع آوري داده‌ها، اطلاعات، مفاهيم و مقوله‌ها رويش گرفت. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهد ابعاد نهايي سواد انقلاب اسلامي مشتمل بر چهار مقوله «باور و ايمان» ، «توانايي و مهارت»، «آگاهي و بينش» و «كمال طلبي» است كه از الگوي سواد انقلاب اسلامي احصاء گرديد.

The Islamic Revolution has a high status with specific goals in the continuation of the revolution of Hazrat Khatam in the divine system and the role of its properties and agents is in accordance with the systematic flow of this path. an‎d since managers, as the role models, have a profound effect on the process of creating a culture of behavioral people, they must have sufficient knowledge to deal with threats, which will make it possible to recognize the literacy of the Islamic Revolution as an indicator of this. The literacy of the Islamic Revolution increases the awareness, cognition and formation of the mental process and the belief of the managers to get a deep understanding of the revolution and its skills. The present study, which is of a fundamental and descriptive-exploratory type, seeks to answer the basic question of "Islamic Revolution literacy" for managers from the perspective of the "Foundation Data Theorizing" strategy in humanities studies, from the collection of statements of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution. What are the dimensions of the Supreme Leader? For this purpose, His Holiness Leh's statements were studied in full reading until 1989 until saturation. It grew at the same time as collecting data, information, concepts and categories. Findings show that the final dimensions of Islamic Revolution literacy include four categories of "belief and faith", "ability and skill", "awareness and insight" and "perfectionism" which were counted from the literacy model of the Islamic Revolution.
