چكيده فارسي :
اين مقاله در صدد مقايسه ي "رابطه ي اخلاق وسياست"در دو حكومت مثالي در اسلام ومسيحيت است. در اين راستا به واكاوي اين مساله مي پردازد كه آيا در حكومت شارلمان همانند حكومت حضرت علي (ع) مبناي سياست بر "رعايت دقيق موازين اخلاقي" بوده است؟ به عبارت ديگر،شارلمان،آن گونه كه از يك حاكم مسيحي مومن انتظار مي رود،در عملكرد سياسي واجتماعي خويش"پايبندبه اصول وموازين اخلاقي" بوده است ؟
همچنين درراستاي پي ريزي مناسب جهت نگارش مقاله فوق؛چارچوب نظري اين تحقيق را براساس درنظر گرفتن دونوع رابطه احتمالي بين اخلاق وسياست يعني سياست اخلاقي واخلاق سياسي ترسيم نموده وبرهمين مبنا شاخص هاي اصلي اين دو را درغالب جدولي ترسيم نموده واين شاخص ها رامبناي مقايسه بين اقدامات وعملكردهاي امام علي(ع)وشارلمان قرارداديم.
درپايان به اين نتيجه رسيديم كه سياست امام علي(ع) در دوره ي حكومت خود مبتني بر" رعايت دقيق اخلاق"بوده است در حالي كه شارلمان در دوره ي حكومت خود علي رغم توصيه ي نظري در باب التزام سياست به اخلاق؛ پايبندي عملي به اين مقوله نداشته است و سياست عملي وي،مبتني بررعايت اصول وموازين اخلاقي نبوده است.
چكيده لاتين :
The present study is to explore and compare the relationship between "ethics and politics” in two different religions of Islam and Christianity to see whether Charlemagne's government in the 8th Century acted “based on accurate observance of ethical standards” in politics as Imam Ali’s government did? In other words, to what extent was Charlemagne as a pious Christian ruler adhered to accurate observance of ethical yardsticks in his social and political functions?
Being a foundamental and base study, the theoretical frame of the study was explained based on the two possible relation of morality and politics, that is to show the differentiation of moral politics and political morality, and so the main indices were shown in a table to compare Imam Ali and Charlemagne s functions and operations.
The results indicate that Over the period of his rule, Imam Ali’s Politics was based on accurate observance of ethics while Charlemagne appeared not to be practically adhered to ethical values in the period of his rule despite the theoretical advice to do politics in terms of ethics.
