بايسته‌هاي عدالتخواهي از ديدگاه رهبر معظم انقلاب

The requirements of justice demand from the viewpoint of the Supreme Leader of Revolution

امروزه در فضاي عمومي كشور شاهد مباحث مختلفي در زمينه عدالتخواهي هستيم كه گاه افراط و تفريط‌ها يا دوگانه‌هاي نظري مانند عدالت-ولايت يا عدالت-مواسات نيز مشاهده مي‌گردد. فهم راهبردها و سخنان رهبر معظم انقلاب در زمينه عدالتخواهي با توجه به جايگاه شرعي و سياسي ايشان، براي عموم مردم و مخصوصاً نخبگان و فعالان عرصه عدالت و مطالبه‌گري ضروري است. مقاله حاضر به دنبال دستيابي به پاسخ اين سوال است كه «بايسته‌هاي عدالتخواهي از ديدگاه رهبر معظم انقلاب چه مواردي است؟» در اين مقاله از روش تحليل مضمون براي تحليل سخنان رهبر انقلاب استفاده شده‌است. با اجراي مراحل اين روش و با كدگذاري نقل قول‌هايي از سخنان رهبري در باب عدالتخواهي، 121مضمون پايه، 18مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 7مضمون فراگير استخراج شده‌است.هفت مضمون فراگيري كه از تحليل مضموني بايسته‌هاي عدالتخواهي از ديدگاه رهبري به دست آمده‌است عبارتنداز: 1-عدالتخواهي مستمر و شجاعانه 2-نظريه‌پردازي عدالتخواهي مبتني بر تعاليم اسلامي 3-گفتمان‌سازي عدالتخواهي 4-عدالتخواهي معنويت‌گرا 5-عدالتخواهي عقلانيت‌گرا 6-توجه به پيشرفت نسبي عدالت در جمهوري اسلامي 7-عدالتخواهيِ تقويت كننده نظام اسلامي.همچنين «عدالتخواهي انقلابي» به عنوان هسته و مقوله محوري اين مقاله مي‌باشد كه مي‌توان آن را درون‌مايه عدالتخواهي از ديدگاه رهبر انقلاب دانست.

In today's atmosphere of the country, we are witnessing many discussions in the field of demanding justice. Sometimes extremes and wrong positions are also expressed by individuals and groups, dichotomies such as justice and guardianship. Understanding strategies and speeches of The Supreme Leader of the Revolution on the issue of demanding justice is necessary for the general public, especially the elites and activists in the field of justice and demanding, given his religious and political status. The present article seeks to answer this question: "What are the requirements of demanding justice from the perspective of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution?" In this article, the method of thematic analysis has been used to analyze the speeches of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution. By implementing the steps of this method and by coding quotes from the leadership's speeches on justice, 121 basic themes, 18 organizing themes and 7 comprehensive themes have been extracted. The seven main and comprehensive themes that have been obtained from the thematic analysis of the demanding justice from the leadership perspective are:1- Continuous and courageous justice 2- Theorizing of demanding justice based on Islamic thoughts 3-Justice discourse building 4-Spiritual demanding justice-5- Rational demanding justice 6- Paying attention to the relative progress of justice in the Islamic Republic 7- Strengthening demanding justice for Islamic system Also, "revolutionary justice" is the core and central category of this article, which can be considered as the theme of justice from the perspective of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution.
