چكيده فارسي :
مهم‌ترين عنصرِ نيروهاي مسلح كه موجب كارايي و حركت به جلو سازمان مي گردد، فرماندهي نظامي است. فرماندهي نظامي، حرف هاي تخصصي و تركيبي از علم، هنر و تجربه است كه علاوه بر مديريت، جوهره اصلي آن را رهبري تشكيل داده و فكر، دل و جسم فرمان‌بران را تحت ولايت و هدايت خود قرار ميدهد؛ همچنين نوعي اداره همه جانبه و امانتي از جانب خداوند، مردم و نظام اسلامي جهت خدمت گزاري، مجاهدت، هدايت و تربيت نيروهاي تحت فرمان، اقامه ي حق و عدل و دفع باطل و ستم است كه با بصيرت و آمادگي، امانت‌دار برترين ارزش‌ها و آرمانهاي نظام مي باشد. در نظام اسلامي، رفتار علوي به عنوان الگوي فرماندهي، تجلّي اخلاص و صداقت، فداكاري و پاك‌دستي، كار خستگي ناپذير و سعي در تعالي هر چه بيشتر علم و عمل در نيروهاي مسلح مي باشد؛ ازاين‌رو داشتن الگويي از سيره اميرالمؤمنين (ع) براي فرماندهي نظامي نيروهاي مسلح، ضروري است. اين مطالعه با هدف ارائه الگوي فرماندهي نظامي راهبردي، درصدد پاسخ به اين سؤال است كه «آيا آموزه هاي امام علي (ع)، مي تواند به الگوي فرماندهي نظامي رهنمون شود؟». سطح مطالعه، راهبردي و گردآوري اطلاعات، به روش داده بنياد بوده كه با روش تحليل محتواي متن، مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. نتايج تحقيق گوياي آن است كه فرماندهي نظامي اميرالمؤمنين (ع) در سطح راهبردي، داراي 14 بُعد، شامل: رهبري، هدايت، ارتباط، انگيزش، اقتدار، مديريت، شايسته گزيني، برنامه ريزي، هماهنگي، ارزيابي، كنترل، نظارت، پيگيري و تحكيم و تقويت مي باشد. از پيوستگي 320 مفهوم كه به روش مطالعه موردي-زمينهاي از نهج البلاغه استخراج گرديده، 60 مؤلفه شكل گرفته و تركيب مؤلفه ها نيز اين ابعاد را به دست داده اند.

Military command is the most important element of any armed forces that makes them efficient and move them forward. Military command is a specialized profession and a combination of science, art and experience. Leadership is the main essence of military command that puts the mind, heart and body of the subordinates under the guardianship and guidance of Military command; It is also a kind of comprehensive administration and trust of God, the people and the Islamic Government to serve, strive, guide and train the forces under its command. It is for establishing justice and repelling falsehood and oppression by insight and readiness. In the Islamic Government, Imam Ali's behavior is a model of command, manifestation of sincerity, honesty, sacrifice, purity, tireless work and striving to excellence in theory and practice in the armed forces; therefore, considering to the behavior of Imam Ali is necessary for the military command of the armed forces. This study aims to provide a model of strategic military command, and answer to this question: "Can the teachings of Imam Ali lead to the model of military command?" In this strategic study data collection was based on the grounded theory method, which was measured by text content analysis. Findings reveal that the military command of the Imam Ali at the strategic level, has 14 dimensions: leadership, guidance, communication, motivation, authority, management, selection, planning, coordination, evaluation, control, monitoring, follow-up, consolidation, and strengthening. From the continuity of 320 concepts that have been extracted from Nahj al-Balaghah based on case-study method, 60 components have been formed and the combination of components has also acquired these dimensions.
