مرور انتقادي پژوهش هاي جامعه شناختي و مديريتي مبتني بر نظريه زمينه اي (1395-1397)

A Critical Review of Sociological and Management Research Based on Grounded Theory (2016-2018

در يك دهه اخير، پژوهشگران ايراني حوزه جامعه شناسي و مديريت، از نظريه زمينه اي به شكل گسترده اي در تحقيقات خود بهره گرفته اند. با توجه به ويژگي هاي خاص اين روش شناسي، مساله اساسي تحقيق حاضر آن است كه پژوهش هاي جامعه شناختي و مديريتي مبتني بر نظريه زمينه اي از چه نقاط ضعف و قوتي برخوردارند؟ جهت پاسخ به مساله تحقيق، از فراروش و تكنيك مرورنظام مند بهره گرفته شد. جمعيت هاي مورد مطالعه شامل مجموعه مقالاتي است كه در بازه زماني 1395 تا 1397 در مجلات علمي-پژوهشي داخلي منتشر شده اند كه با توجه به تمركز مساله تحقيق بر نقد و بررسي روش شناسي نظريه زمينه اي مبتني بر رويكرد استراوس و كوربين، در مرحله گزينش منابع 36 مقاله انتخاب و مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. نتايج تحقيق بيانگر آن است كه تحقيقات مذكور در زمينه معيارهاي «صورت مساله تحقيق، تدوين سوالات جزيي، جامعه مورد مطالعه، تشريح مراحل تحليل داده ها در بخش يافته ها، همزماني گردآوري و تحليل داده ها، تكنيك ساخت مقوله، تكنيك تشخيص ابعاد مقوله، تكنيك انتخاب عناوين، تكنيك انتخاب مقوله هسته، اعتباريابي، مقايسه با ساير نظريه ها و حساسيت نظري» با مشكلات اساسي مواجه هستند. اين مشكلات را مي توان در پنج دسته چالش هاي تكنيكي، شكاف نظريه و روش، تحريف هدف، عدم معرفت كامل به مباني نظريه زمينه اي و چالش پارادايمي طبقه بندي كرد.

the main issue of the present study is that what are the strengths and weaknesses of sociological and managerial research based on grounded theory? an‎d have Iranian researchers correctly observed the characteristics, requirements, elements and foundations of the underlying theory in their research. To answer the research question, a conceptual framework based on paradigm basics, basic assumptions, components and features of Grounded theory and were formulated and was used the systematic and critical review method. The studied population consists of a series of articles published in international scientific journals at 2016 to 2018 that due to the focus of the research on critique and methodology of grounded theory based on the approach of Strauss and Corbin, 36 articles were selected and reviewed in the source selection stage. the results of the research indicate that the research’s is faced fundamental problems and challenges about the criteria of “problem, the formulation of micro questions, the studied population, the explanation of the stages of data analysis in the findings select, the coincidence of data collection and analysis, Category building technique, category dimensional recognition technique, named selection technique, core category selection technique, Credibility, comparison with other theories and theoretical sensitivity
