به منظور مطالعه اثر كيفيت نور بر شاخصهاي جوانهزني بذر و خصوصيات رويشي نشاي سنبلالطيب، آزمايشي در قالب طرح كاملا تصادفي باسه تكرار انجام شد. تيمارهاي مورد استفاده شامل تركيب نور در چهار سطح (قرمز، 15 درصد آبي + 85 درصد قرمز،30 درصد آبي +70 درصد قرمز و نور لامپهاي فلورسنت) بودند. نتايج اين آزمايش نشان داد كه بيشترين درصد جوانهزني (63 درصد)، سرعت جوانهزني (41/87)، ميانگين جوانهزني روزانه (9/21)، ارزش جوانهزني (68/81)، ارزش حداكثر (7/50) و كمترين ميانگين زمان جوانهزني (2/66) با كاربرد نور قرمز به دست آمد. بيشترين وزن خشك ساقهچه (0/36 ميليگرم در گياهچه)با كاربرد نور قرمز و تركيب 15درصدآبي + 85 درصد قرمز، بيشترين وزن خشك ريشهچه (0/3 ميليگرم در گياهچه) با تركيب30 درصدآبي +70 درصد قرمز و 15 درصدآبي + 85 درصد قرمز، بيشترين طول ساقهچه و ريشهچه (1/18 و 3/03 سانتيمتر) با نور قرمز و تركيب 15درصد آبي + 85 درصد قرمز، بيشترين ميزان قند محلول ريشهچه و ساقهچه (63/37 و 72/54 ميليگرم در گرم وزن تازه) با نور قرمز و تركيب 15 درصد آبي + 85 درصد قرمز، بيشترين مقدار كلروفيل a، b و كل (0/37، 0/47 و 0/84 ميليگرم در گرم وزن تر)،كارتنوئيد (0/44 ميليگرم در گرم وزن تر) با تركيب30 درصد آبي +70 درصد قرمز، بيشترين فعاليت آنتياكسيداني ريشهچه و ساقهچه (60/09 درصد و 71/04 درصد) با تركيب30 درصد آبي +70 درصد قرمز و 15 درصد آبي + 85 درصد قرمز، بيشترين محتويات فنلي ريشهچه و ساقهچه (4/40 و 8/65 ميليگرم در گرم وزن تازه) با تركيب 30 درصد آبي +70 درصد قرمز و 15 درصد آبي + 85 درصد قرمز به دست آمد. نتايج اين آزمايش بيانگر امكان بهبود يافتن شاخصهاي جوانهزني و رويشي گياهچههاي سنبلالطيب با كاربرد تركيبهاي نورهاي آبي و قرمز در مقايسه با نور لامپ فلورسنت بود.

To investigate the effect of light quality on germination indices and some vegetative traits of valerian seedlings, a research was conducted as completely randomized design with three replications and light combinations in four levels (R light, 15% B + 85% R , 30% B + 70% R and fluorescent light) were used. The results showed that the highest percentage of germination (63%), germination rate (%41.87), mean daily germination (9.21), germination value (68.81), peak value (7.50) and lowest mean time to germination (2.66) were obtained under R light.The highest dry weight of plumule (0.36 mg/seedling) were obtained under R light and 15%B + 85%R ratio. The highest dry weight of radicle (0.3 mg/seedling) were acquired under30%B + 70% R and 15%B + 85%R ratios. The highest length of plumule and radicle (1.18 and 3.03 cm, respectively) were obtained under R light and 15%B + 85%R ratio. The highest amount of radicle and plumule soluble sugar (63.37 and 72.54 mgg
