Quantum Leadership Future Universities' approach

هدف اين مقاله، طراحي مدل رهبري دانشگاهي مبتني بر رويكرد كوانتومي در نظام آموزش عالي ايران است. روش مطالعه با توجه به هدف آميخته است. در بخش كيفي با استفاده از روش فرا تركيب پس از جمع بندي يافته هاي پژوهش هاي پيشين با روش كد گذاري باز تعداد 73 كد استخراج گرديد. در مرحله بعد با كد گذاري مجدد، مفاهيم شكل گرفته و در نهايت روي مفاهيم نيز كد گذاري ديگري انجام گرفت تا مقوله ها حاصل شد. براي جمع آوري داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گرديد. جامعه ي آماري پژوهش از دو جامعه تشكيل گرديده است. جامعه آماري اول، شامل تعداد 30 مقاله علمي و پژوهشي منتخب و مرتبط با رهبري كوانتومي بود. جامعه آماري دوم، شامل روسا و معاونين دانشگاه و دانشكده ها، مديران ستادي و گروههاي آموزشي دانشگاه هاي( آزاد و دولتي ) استانهاي يزد و اصفهان بود. تعداد نمونه جامعه دوم از فرمول كوكران 220 نفر بدست آمد كه به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي انتخاب شدند. داده ها توسط نرم افزارSPSS 24 و Smart PLS 2 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. روايي صوري و محتوايي پرسشنامه از طريق قضاوت خبرگان و پايايي آن از طريق محاسبه آلفا كرونباخ 948/0 تاييد شد. در نتيجه انجام تحليل عاملي تاييدي تعداد 15 مولفه در قالب 7 بعد براي رهبري دانشگاهي مبتني بر رويكرد كوانتومي تاييد شد. مدل رهبري دانشگاهي مبتني بر رويكرد كوانتومي مي تواند به رهبران و سياست گذاران آموزش عالي در رهبري اثربخش كمك نمايد.

The purpose of this study is to design a quantum-based academic leadership model in higher education system of Iran. Regarding its purpose, this study enjoys a mixed method. In the qualitative section, a meta-synthesis method is used after concluding the findings of previous studies and 73 codes have been extracted using the open coding method. In the next step, concepts were formed by using coding again, and eventually another coding was done on the concepts so that the categories can be obtained. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The statistical population of the study consisted of two statistical populations. The first statistical population included 30 selected national and international scientific research articles on quantum leadership. The second statistical population included the deans and deputies of the university and colleges, headmaster and related departments of state universities and branches of the Islamic Azad University located in Yazd and Isfahan provinces. The sample size for the second population was calculated to be 220 individuals using the Cochran formula. These individuals were selected through the stratified random sampling. Data was analyzed using Smart PLS 2 software. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved through expert opinion and its reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha (= 0.948). As a result of performing confirmatory factor analysis, a total number of 15 components were confirmed in the form of 7 dimensions for a quantum-based academic leadership. This model can assist senior leaders and policymakers of higher education in effective leadership.
