شناسايي و بررسي مؤلفه‌هاي دخيل در ارتقاي كيفيت يادگيري در دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالي نظامي

Identifying and Examining the Involved Components in Improving the Quality of Learning in Military Universities and Higher Education Institutions

هدف از اين تحقيق شناسايي و بررسي مؤلفه‌هاي دخيل در ارتقاي كيفيت يادگيري در دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالي نظامي بوده است. روش انجام پژوهش آميخته و جامعه آماري آن شامل اعضاي هيئت‌علمي، مدرسان شاغل و دانشجويان دانشگاه‌هاي پزشكي و پرستاري بقية‌الله، دانشكده‌هاي مهندسي امام حسين(ع)، علوم و فنون هوايي شهيد ستاري و دانشگاه افسري امام علي(ع) بوده است. از ميان جامعه خبرگان (استادان) تعداد 23 نفر از ميان آنها به ‌صورت هدفمند و با روش گلوله برفي براي انجام مصاحبه عميق انتخاب شدند. از ميان دانشجويان نيز به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده و با استفاده از رابطه كوكران در جامعه محدود تعداد 386 نفر انتخاب گرديدند. برخي از پرسش‌نامه‌هاي عودت داده‌ شده و برخي نيز به علت نقص در خروجي‌ها كنار گذارده شدند. در نهايت نيز 294 پرسشنامه تكميل‌شده مورد تجزيه ‌و تحليل قرار گرفتند. براي تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوري و كدگذاري از روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (ميانگين، فراواني و انحراف معيار، معادلات ساختاري، خي دو، همبستگي و تحليل واريانس فريدمن) در نرم‌افزارهاي Lisrel و SPSS استفاده شد. تنظيم و تدوين عوامل تشكيل‌دهنده كيفيت يادگيري در دانشگاه‌هاي نظامي در سه بخش صورت گرفت كه عبارتند از: نخست بررسي نتايج حاصل از مطالعه پيشينه تحقيق براي به دست آوردن عوامل اصلي تشكيل‌دهنده كيفيت آموزشي در مؤسسات آموزش عالي نظامي. دوم تنظيم گويه‌هاي پرسشنامه براي پياده‌سازي اوليه و سوم اجراي نهايي و اعتبار يابي الگوي پيشنهادي براي سنجش كيفيت يادگيري در مؤسسات آموزش عالي نظامي. ضريب روايي عوامل اصلي تأثيرگذار بر كيفيت يادگيري دانشگاه‌هاي نظامي از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه شد و در آخر نتايج به‌دست‌آمده از تحقيق به شناسايي مؤلفه‌هاي دخيل در ارتقاي كيفيت يادگيري در دانشگاه‌ها و مؤسسات آموزش عالي نظامي منتهي گرديد.

This study aims to identify and examine the involved components in improving the quality of learning in military universities and higher education institutions. In this mix method study 23 people were selected from among the Academic members and lecturers of Baqiyatallah Medical University, Imam Hussein Engineeing Faculties, Shahid Sattari Aerospace Science and Technology and Imam Ali (PBUH) Military University purposefully based on snowball sampling to interview in-depth. In addition, by using Cochran relation in a limited community, 386 people were selected from among the cadets of aforementioned universities based on simple random sampling method. Some questionnaires were returned and some were discarded due to defects in the outputs. Finally, 294 completed questionnaires were analyzed. After collecting and coding the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods (mean, frequency, standard deviation, structural equations, chi-square, correlation and Friedman analysis of variance) in Lisrel and SPSS software were used to analyze them. Organizing and compiling the quality of learning's factors in military universities are divided in three parts: First, reviewing the results of the research background to obtain the main factors of the quality of education in military higher education institutions. The Second is the preparation of the questionnaire items for the initial implementation, and the third is the final implementation and validation of the proposed model for measuring the quality of learning in military higher education institutions. The validity coefficient of the main factors affecting the quality of learning in military universities was calculated through Cronbach's alpha and finally the results of the research led to the identification of components involved in improving the quality of learning in military universities and higher education institutions.
