زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺗﻠﻄﯿﻒ ﻓﻀﺎي ﺳﺒﺰ ﺷﻬﺮي، ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻧﻤﻮدن آراﻣﺶ ﺑﺮاي اﻓﺮاد ﺳﺎﮐﻦ در ﺷﻬﺮ و ﮔﺬران اوﻗﺎت ﻓﺮاﻏﺖ در ﭘﺎركﻫﺎ از وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﭘﺎركﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮي ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ و از ﺳﻮﯾﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﺷﻬﺮي، ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺴﺎﯾﻞ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ، اﯾﻤﻨﯽ و ﻣﺤﯿﻂ زﯾﺴﺘﯽ در ﭘﺎركﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮي از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ وﯾﮋهاي ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻣﺮدم ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺴﺎﯾﻞ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ، اﯾﻤﻨﯽ و ﻣﺤﯿﻂ زﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﭘﺎرك ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﺤﻞ ﺳﮑﻮﻧﺖ ﺑﻮده ﺗﺎ ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺘﺎً ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺷﻬﺮي ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ﺗﺮ و ارﺗﻘﺎ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي اﯾﻤﻨﯽ، ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ و ﻣﺤﯿﻂ زﯾﺴﺖ ﭘﺎركﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮ
ﯾﺰد ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد. روش ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ: ﭘﺲ از ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ اﯾﻤﻨﯽ، ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ و ﻣﺤﯿﻂزﯾﺴﺖ ﭘﺎركﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮي از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪاي و ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺸﯿﻦ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه، ﺑﺮاي درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻧﻈﺮﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان در ﻣﻮرد وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ، اﯾﻤﻨﯽ و ﻣﺤﯿﻂ زﯾﺴﺖ ﺗﻌﺪادي از ﭘﺎركﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﻢ ﺷﻬﺮ ﯾﺰد ﮐﻮﻫﺴﺘﺎن، آزادﮔﺎن، ﺷﻬﺮداري، ﻫﻔﺖ ﺗﯿﺮ، ﻏﺪﯾﺮ، ﺑﺰرگ ﺷﻬﺮ( از روش ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪاي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﻈﺮات ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار آﻣﺎري
SPSS ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯿﺖ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﯿﻂ زﯾﺴﺘﯽ از دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻣﺮدم 69/2 %، ﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯿﺖ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﯽ 67
و ﻣﯿﺰان ﻣﻄﻠﻮﺑﯿﺖ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي اﯾﻤﻨﯽ 62/4 % ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺤﺚ و ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ، اﯾﻤﻨﯽ و ﻣﺤﯿﻂزﯾﺴﺖ در ﻣﮑﺎنﻫﺎ و ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎي ﺷﻬﺮي، ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﺳﻨﺪي ﺟﺎﻣﻊ و ﭼﺎرﭼﻮﺑﯽ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ، اﯾﻤﻨﯽ و ﻣﺤﯿﻂزﯾﺴﺖ و ﻧﻈﺎرت و ﭘﺎﯾﺶ ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮ اﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﮔﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻞ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت و ﻣﺴﺎﯾﻞ ﭘﯿﺶروي ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻻن و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰان ﺷﻬﺮي ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﻣﺴﯿﺮ رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺷﻬﺮي را ﻫﻤﻮارﺗﺮ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Objective: Strengthening urban green space, providing tranquility for people living in the city and spending leisure time in parks is a feature of urban parks, and on the other hand with the focus of the urban population, attention to health, safety and environmental issues in the park, urban development is of particular importance. The purpose of this study was to investigate and determine people's views on health, safety and environmental issues of the city park in order to ultimately use the results for better urban management and promotion of safety, health and environmental indicators of Yazd city parks.
Method: Therefore, after determining the factors affecting the safety, health and environment of urban parks through library studies and activities previously carried out to receipt of the citizens’ opinion about the health, safety and the environment of a number of important parks in Yazd, the questionnaire method was used and the results were analyzed by SPSS 22.
Findings: Results show that people opinion about environmental, health and safety indices are obtained about 69.2%, 67% and 62.4%, recpectively.
Discussion and Conclusion: According to the importance of Health, Safety and Environment in urban places, editing documents and comprehensive framework in the field of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and the control and monitoring of these factors is an effective step to solve problems that urban planners have, consequently the pass to sustainable development will be easier.
