چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: از آن ﺟﺎ ﮐﻪ ﮐﺸﻮر اﯾﺮان در ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ ﺧﺸﮏ و ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺧﺸﮏ ﺟﻬﺎن ﻗﺮار دارد، ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ آب ﺟﺰء ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﻢ ﺣﺎل و آﯾﻨﺪه ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺗﺼﻔﯿﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻓﺎﺿﻼب ﮐﻪ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ راه ﺣﻞ ﻫﺎ در ﺟﻬﺖ رﻓﻊ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﮐﻤﺒﻮد آب اﺳﺖ ﺿﺮوري ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽ رﺳﺪ. ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺑﺎزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﭘﺴﺎب ﺻﻨﻌﺖ روﻏﻦ ﻧﺒﺎﺗﯽ وراﻣﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد اﺳﺘﺤﺼﺎل ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ و ﮐﺸﺎورزي اﺳﺖ.
روش ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ: در اﯾﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺼﻔﯿﻪ ﻓﺎﺿﻼب ﮐﺎرﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، اﻗﺪاﻣﺎت ﻻزم ﺟﻬﺖ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﻠﻮت آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ IFAS اﺗﺨﺎذ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ و ﭘﺴﺎب ﺧﺮوﺟﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﺼﻔﯿﻪ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎدي، در زﻣﺎن ﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﻠﻮت ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ و ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﻢ ﺟﻬﺖ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﺠﺪد در ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﻬﻢ در اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺗﺨﻠﯿﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ و آﺑﯿﺎري ﻣﻮرد آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎﻧﮕﺮ آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮاد آﻟﯽ و ﻣﻮاد ﻣﻐﺬي ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺳﻬﻢ را در آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ دارﻧﺪ. ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﭘﺴﺎب ﺧﺮوﺟﯽ از ﭘﺎﯾﻠﻮت در ﺗﺼﻔﯿﻪ ﻓﺎﺿﻼب ﺧﺎم ﮐﺎرﺧﺎﻧﻪ، اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﺮاي ﻫﯿﭻ ﮐﺪام از 4 ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺼﺎرف ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ را دارا ﻧﺒﻮد، در ﺻﻮرﺗﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﭘﺴﺎب ﺧﺮوﺟﯽ از ﭘﺎﯾﻠﻮت در ﺗﺼﻔﯿﻪ ﭘﺴﺎب ﮐﺎرﺧﺎﻧﻪ، اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﺳﻮم و ﭼﻬﺎرم را دارد.
ﺑﺤﺚ و ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و روﯾﮑﺮد ﻣﺼﺮف ﭘﺴﺎب در ﺣﯿﻄﻪ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ، ﮐﺸﺎورزي و آﺑﯿﺎري ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﺑﯿﺎن ﻧﻤﻮد ﮐﻪ روش IFAS ﯾﺎ ﺗﻠﻔﯿﻖ دو روش IFAS و اﻧﻌﻘﺎد و ﻟﺨﺘﻪﺳﺎزي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺖ راﻧﺪﻣﺎن ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ و ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﮐﻢ راﻫﺒﺮي و اﻧﻌﻄﺎف ﺑﺎﻻ در ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺷﻮكﻫﺎي ﻫﯿﺪروﻟﯿﮑﯽ و آﻟﯽ، ﮔﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺼﻔﯿﻪ ﻓﺎﺿﻼب ﮐﺎرﺧﺎﻧﻪ روﻏﻦ ﻧﺒﺎﺗﯽ وراﻣﯿﻦ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Objective: Iran is located in the arid and semi-arid region of the world and water supply is a major and future challenge. Therefore, proper wastewater treatment is one of the most important solutions to the water scarcity problem. The main purpose of the present research is the wastewater reuse of varamin vegetable oil plant with the approach of industrial and agricultural production.
Methods: In this regard, in order to treat the wastewater of the study plant, the necessary measures were taken to design the IFAS laboratory pilot and the effluent was injected into the pilot at different residual times to evaluate the purification ability of the proposed process. Important parameters for reuse in industry as well as important parameters in the standard of discharge to the environment and irrigation were analyzed.
Findings: The results show that organic matter and nutrients play the most important role in pollution. Pilot effluent specifications in the factory raw wastewater treatment did not meet the required standard for any of the 4 industrial use groups, while the pilot effluent specifications in the factory effluent treatment had the required standard for the third and fourth groups.
Discussion and Conclusion: Considering the purpose of this research and the approach of wastewater usage in industrial, agricultural and irrigation life, it can be stated that IFAS method or combining two methods of IFAS and collagenization due to efficient efficiency and low cost and high flexibility against hydraulic shock and Organic is an appropriate option for treating the sewage plant of varamin vegetable oil factory.
