بررسي عوامل سازماني موثر بر مشاركت اعضاي بسيج گردا نهاي امام حسين (ع) در برنامه هاي آموزش (مطالعه موردي استان اصفهان)

Investigating the Organizational Factors Affecting the Participation of Imam Hussein (AS) Basij Battalion Members in Training Programs (case study of Isfahan province)

تحقق اهداف متعالي انقلاب اسلامي و دفع تهديدات پيچيده نظام سلطه نيازمند، سازماني با توانايي دفاع همه جانبه است. امامين انقلاب اين نهاد را سازمان بسيج تعيين و بر ارتقاي كارآيي آن تاكيد مضاعف كردند. براين اساس هدف اين نوشتار بررسي عوامل سازماني موثر در مشاركت اعضاي بسيج گردانهاي امام حسين عليه السلام در برنامه هاي آموزشي است. اين پژوهش به لحاظ روش آميخته اكتشافي و به لحاظ هدف كاربردي است. با بررسي و نقد منابع و تكيه بر ديدگاه هاي صاحبنظران، الگويي با سيزده عامل تدوين شد و در معرض قضاوت 92 از خبرگان بسيج استان اصفهان قرار گرفت. نظر به اينكه ميانگين رتبه گويه ها 97/3 ، آزمون t 122/12، درجه آزادي 91، سطح معني داري 000/0 و كاي اسكوثر 993/104 تعيين شد كه مويد رابطه معنادار گويه ها و عامل سازمان و تاثير زياد عوامل بر ارتقاي سطح مشاركت بسيجيان از برنامه هاي آموزشي است، گويه ساختار گردانها با ماموريتهاي دفاعي با رتبه 13/9 بيشترين، و گويه حجم برنامه هاي گردانها با رتبه 20/5 كمترين تاثير را در استقبال بسيجيان از برنامه هاي آموزشي دارد. در راستاي نهادينه شدن نتايج پيشنهادهايي در سطوح مختلف ايفاد شده است.

Achieving the lofty goals of the Islamic Revolution and repelling the complex threats of the ruling system requires an organization with all-round defenses. The Imams of the Revolution appointed the above-mentioned organization as the Basij Organization and emphasized on doubling its efficiency. Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the organizational factors affecting the participation of members of the mobilization of Imam Hussein (AS) in training programs. By reviewing and criticizing the sources and relying on the views of experts, a model with 13 compilation factors; He was subjected to trial by 92 Basij experts in Isfahan province. Considering that the average score of the items was 3.37, the T-test was 122.12, the degree of freedom was 91, the level of significance was 0.000 and Kai Scooter was 104/993. It confirms the significant relationship between the discourses and the agent of the organization, and the great influence of the factors on the promotion of the level of participation of the Basijis in the educational programs. The discourse structure of the battalions with the defense missions with the rank of 9.33 has the highest, and the discourse of the volume of the programs of the battalions with the rank of 5.20 has the least effect on the Basijis' acceptance of the training programs. In order to institutionalize the results, suggestions have been made at different levels.
