وضعيت سرمايه فكري در نظام آموزش يكي از دانشگاه هاي وابسته به نيروهاي مسلح

Investigating the Status of Intellectual Capital in the Higher Education System of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran: A Case Study of Imam Ali Officers' Academy

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي وضعيت سرمايه فكري يكي از دانشگاه هاي وابسته به نيروهاي مسلح، به منظور مديريت اين سرمايه است تا بدين وسيله اين دانشگاه در پيشبرد اهداف نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي ايران، كه در آن دانش از اهيمت بسياري برخوردار است، نقش پررنگتري داشته باشد. به منظور رسيدن به هدف از معيارهاي سرمايه فكري، كه در تحقيق مرادي و رضايي (1399) براي اين دانشگاه تعيين شد در پرسشنامه هاي اين تحقيق استفاده گرديد. جامعه آماري تحقيق استادان، مديران گروه ها و دانشجويان دانشگاه مورد مطالعه بودند.معيارهاي سرمايه فكري بررسي شده با استفاده از روش هاي TOPSIS، ELECTRE و AHP رتبهبندي شد و درنهايت وضعيت اين دانشگاه بر اساس اين معيارها مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه سرمايه فكري در اين دانشگاه به سه دسته سرمايه انساني، سرمايه رابطهاي و سرمايه ساختاري تقسيم مي شود و اين دانشگاه بر اساس هفت معيار سرمايه انساني، شش معيار سرمايه ساختاري و هفت معيار سرمايه رابطه اي به اصلاح نياز دارد.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the intellectual capital of Imam Ali Officers' Academy in order to manage this capital, in order to advance the goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which knowledge is of high importance in this country and have a big role. In order to achieve this goal, the criteria of intellectual capital that were determined for this university in Moradi and Rezaei (2020) research were used in the questionnaires of this research. The statistical population of the research consists of professors, department heads and students of Imam Ali Officers' Academy. The criteria of intellectual capital were evaluated using TOPSIS, ELECTRE and AHP techniques and finally the situation of this university was evaluated based on these criteria. Findings showed that the intellectual capital of Imam Ali Officers' Academy is divided into three categories of human capital, relational capital and structural capital, and this university is not in a favorable condition based on 7 criteria of human capital, 6 criteria of structural capital and 7 criteria of relational capital.
