Qualitative study of the evaluation of cultural management of knowledge-based police

زمينه و هدف:دستيابي به يك الگوي مفهومي تلفيقي و منطبق با ماموريت ها و رسالت هاي بلند مدت نهاد پليس دانش بنيان و جامعه محور است كه مي تواند پژوهش ساختارمند و فضاي باز تحقيق و محيط اصيل دانش بنيان را در نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران مستحكم و همبسته نمايد.پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي و مطالعه ارزش گذاري در سيستمي متفاوت به نام مديريت فرهنگي پليس دانش بنيان انجام شده است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، كاربردي، از نظر روش توصيفي و از نظر نوع مطالعه در زمره پژوهش هاي كيفي و به روش تحليل منطقي فرارونده يا تحليل استعلايي از منابع و متون مستدل به بررسي موضوع پرداخته است. يافته ها: يافته هاي تحقيق حاكي از آن بود شناسايي دقيق منابع دانشي و ارزشي منطبق با مفاهيم اخلاقي اسلام، دارايي هاي فكري و تجربي، اشتراك گذاري دانش، تعاليم اسلام و قرآن و فرهنگ جامعه و مبين يك الگوي مفهومي تلفيقي و منطبق با ماموريت ها و رسالت هاي بلند مدت و ايجاد پليس دانش است كه اين الگو مي تواند پژوهش ساختارمند و فضاي باز تحقيق و محيط اصيل دانش بنيان را در نيروي انتظامي جمهوري اسلامي ايران مستحكم و همبسته نمايد. نتايج: نتايج به دست آمده از اين تحقيق مي تواند باعث جلو گيري از افت دانش،بهبود تصميم گيري، انعطاف پذيري و انطباقپذيري،مزيترقابتي، توسعه دارايي افزايش محصول و مديريت مشتري شود.

Background and Aim: Achieving an integrated conceptual model that is consistent with the missions and long-term missions of the knowledge-based and community-based police institution that can strengthen structured research and open-air research and the original knowledge-based environment in the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying and studying valuation in a different system called knowledge-based police cultural management. Method: The present study has been applied in terms of purpose, applied, in terms of descriptive method and in terms of type of study in the category of qualitative research and by the method of transcendental logical analysis or transcendental analysis of sources and reasoned texts. Findings: The findings of the study indicated the accurate identification of sources of knowledge and values ​​in accordance with the moral concepts of Islam, intellectual and experimental assets, knowledge sharing, teachings of Islam and the Qur'an and the culture of society and a combined conceptual model in accordance with missions. an‎d it is the long-term missions and creation of the knowledge police that this model can strengthen and link the structured research and open research and the original knowledge-based environment in the law enforcement force of the Islamic Republic of Iran.Results: The results of this study can prevent knowledge loss, improve decision making, flexibility and adaptability, competitive advantage, product development, increase productivity and customer management.
